This "Mexican Resturant" is nothing more than a "Gangsta' in the hood" music bar. If your family oriented, stay away. I felt naked not having my pistol strapped to my side.The Chicken fingers are few, and slightly bigger than the fries. The "2 for 1" Jumbo Rita's are 12oz plastic cup Rita's...for $12. a complete Rip Off. I couldnt wait to get out of dodge. To make matters worse, a 18% gratuity is automaticly added to the bill-regardless of service & number at the table. Avoid like the plague.
DO NOT USE THE ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM. Placed an online order and when I went to pick it up they told me they didn't get it because online ordering has been messing up for "about 3 days" now. So why not turn it off or notify your customers on your website?? They then proceeded to tell me they would not be able to make my order (which I was showing proof of/that it had been paid for) because they didn't get the money and I need to contact the online ordering company but it would be difficult "because I didn't order through the app(?)" As the manager was looking at email I received about my order she points to a phone number and tells me yeah that's the number you'll need to call. It was their phone number..... Through this mess of a conversation they somehow got my order. Food wasn't even hot even though I had to sit and wait for them to make it. This place isn't worth your time or money especially with the poor customer service.
Tipped themselves 18%?! Went for lunch, went to pay and on the receipt there was a “service charge” of 18% of my bill. I asked about it and the waiter pointed at a tiny sign and said “yeah. 18%. All checks.” Not to mention literally every surface is sticky as hell.

Margaronas has been my favorite Mexican restaurant until about 2 months ago and today made up my mind that I will no longer visit this establishment again. The service was very poor and when we walked into the restaurant there were 2 large signs stating that an 18% gratuity would automatically be added to your bill. The purpose of a gratuity is to show your appreciation for good service but the wait staff know they are guaranteed a good tip so they can provide crappy service! Now we know why the parking lot was almost empty when we got there. This is the quickest way to go out of business. I definitely will not be back and I will definitely tell everyone I know to stay away.
Service slow, they automatically take out their tips, good specials on the drinks, and the food was good. It was a nice, clean, and safe environment .
Nice menu. Food is fresh and good value. Lively bar and the staff is very friendly and professional. Good choice for a nice Mexican meal and drinks.
Great restaurant! We love the beef fajitas and margaritas. We've been here twice and both times service was great.
Drinks are horrible but the atmosphere is nice. If you like bottom shelf specials, this is definitely your place
Great atmosphere… wait time was long but waitress was great and helpful. Pineapple bowl wasn’t fulfilling, too many vegetables and not enough meat… Over all the experience was good and I will return again.
