I generally dine at a competitor, but was drawn in by the aroma i caught when stuck at the light. I am a single diner and was offered immediate seating at the bar, but the seats are difficult for me. The wait was not cumbersome. I ended up in a nice section and had the best server, ever! Samyra (I may have to edit the spelling) was the sweetest server ever! As a single female diner, I have often been ignored or overlooked. That was certainly NOT my experience Friday night! The food was great, the service exemplary and when i was leaving? The person who had checked me in REMEMBERED my name when she wished me a good evening. A great staff and I daresay a great manager, pictured with my server...and that cheerfulness that I experiences is EVERY SHIFT per her manager (I did speak with him. The table next to me chimed in too as she was their server, too). Plus, she is a full time student. Please, when you have a great server? Let them know you appreciate them! Customer service is NOT an easy job...Oh, those are cheese fries-not shown on the menu, but available. I found out when I was debating the appetizers I could get them....a lot went home, including dessert lol
Our meal was very good. The steaks were cooked as requested, juicy and flavorful. The Cesar salad and soups (French onion and potato) were also very good. Fresh tasty bread. Our server was very good. All in all, one of the best meals in a while.
Although they were busy, the wait to be seated was minimal, the service was excellent and the food was as ordered to a 'T'.Best steak dinner for the money. Will definitely go again.Highly recommend?
His on left mine on right)It was my husband's birthday dinner and I order medium well and he wanted medium rare instead I got well done so I had it remade and it was once again well done and super dry. My husband's was not medium rare it was pretty much raw. After having it remade it was still under and over cooked but we were so hungry we just ate what we could. We were very disappointed.
While the service was great, welcoming and friendly, and the restaurant was clean and well maintained. The food however, left much to be desired.For a restaurant that specializes in steaks one would think that they would know how to cook and season them.First off, one of the stakes we ordered should have been medium, it was medium rare at best.Second, all of the stakes had so much salt and pepper that we could not taste the meat at all. All we could taste was salt and an overwhelming amount of pepper.This begs the question, what are they trying to hide? Is it because they buy cheap cuts of meat or are they trying to hide the fact that the meat might be near expiration?Regardless, you go to a steakhouse to have steak. If you can't taste the natural flavor of the meat what's the point? With that much salt and pepper it might as well have been chicken or fish since we would not have been able to taste the difference.
We stopped here on our way back from Georgia going home to Florida. The entire staff was awesome. I've only eaten steak once or twice before and our waitress was very helpful with explaining what the different types of steak would feel like and taste like. I got the NY strip steak it was delicious not too fatty and not tough and their broccoli side is delicious as well.
The server was amazing! She matched my sister's and mine's vibe because we were in a celebratory mood. The food was delicious as well. I really enjoyed the steak, it was cooked to perfection and their Firecracker Chicken Wraps were out of this world! 10/10 deliciousness! Overall, I'd have to say it was one if the best dining experiences I've had.
To start with, we chose this restaurant because of the previous reviews left, so thank you to the ones who take the time to leave their opinions. The service was amazing and the food was even better. Our apps and salads came out very quick, but our main course took a while. It was well worth the wait! Thank you for an awesome dinner!
The most tender ribeye steak I've had in a long while... Excellent flavor. The Texas shrimp was amazing. Our waiter, Brandon, was great.. very attentive. My son says the lobster was delicious. Nothing but good about this experience.
Love this place for steak.. would of gave 5 stars but the last 6 months or so the cooks very greatly on what medium rare is.. see photo (that is CLEARLY medium well) anyways they are always super pleasant and 100% my server asked if I wanted it remade but I declined (I can't cook a steak perfect everytime either) my FAVORITE hands down is a flo's filet with lobster tail, loaded mashed potatoes, and asparagus..
