We waited over 30 minutes for our order, never received it. Finally, asked for a refund and the manager was surprised on why. I told him we never received our food. He looked around and saw it sitting on the counter. Got the refund but no apology given.
I don't like giving bad reviews but this place is the worst. When I first walked in it smelled like a sewer. Then I went to the counter and was ignored for too long. When the staff finally acknowledged I was there she was not very friendly. Then the food was prepared with as much care as the counter service. If you pull off 75 please for your sake turn around and get back on the hwy.
The cashier looked like she had just rolled out of bed I asked her if she didn't want to be there today since she didn't speak to me and I had to force a hello out of her. I had a chicken sandwich and a small krystal the chicken sandwich tasted like fish for some reason And it was not very good. The manager however was very pleasant And apologize and got me another krystal.
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Got a 12 pack of regular Krystal Burgers. They were very fresh as we were the first lunch order after breakfast. However, there were several mis-shaped upper buns... They looked like they were smashed during storage.***The YUM factor of a Krystal Burger is... Soggy Steamed Bread, Reconstituted Onions and LOTS of Yellow Mustard***The amount of mustard we had on this order was sadly miniscule. It was barely there. Please don't skimp on the mustard. It makes the experience.
My experience here is not ok, food to me isn't tasteful, dining room cleaniness ok, but it smells horrible, customer service is ok, but slow is hell, I feel they need to renovate.
It's Krystal burgers so the food has never changed but the employees were absolutely the best! Super friendly and extremely helpful.
Horrible wait times. Food was good but this is the 3rd or 4th time I've had to wait in the drive thru more than 30 minutes.
We were given something other than what we ordered ...and rushed because it was almost closing time.A week ago we had the experience that i described above ... So we decided ok ... We will try this again. And this time ... The appearance was unappealing and not tasty at all. Too much salt in the chilli on the pups. Thank you Krystals but no thx to ordering again. I do hope it gets better?
Girl at the counter was not friendly or pleasant at all. She obviously doesn't like her job and should not be there. I ordered the pick 5 and only wanted pickle and onion; she said- "so plain then" and I said NO with onions and pickles only. She didn't respond. I then said did you put onion and pickles only? She then said YEAH with a whole bunch of sarcasm. Needless to say they were plain. I also wanted to change my fry to a chili cheese pup but she said I couldn't because I already put my order in. Keeping in mind that you get 5 items for one price; it should be easy to switch my fry to a chili cheese pup. I guess she just couldn't be bothered with a customers easy request. Also every time we go there the ice cream machine is down.
Always delicious and fresh but the wait time is ridiculous. This is my 3nd time going to this location. Every time I go we spend 30 to 40min in line for food which makes no sense. I was a GM for Krystal for 3plus years speed of service meant something then apparently not anymore.
