Great food , great atmosphere, the best steaks ?

We took newest our little dog for his very first restaurant. It was a great outing. Our waitress was so awesome! It was pleasantly comfortable under the veranda with the fans. Our lunch was very good! We will definitely be back!

Just had the best filet in my life. And that’s even compared to the ones I’ve had from Ruth’s Chris. Service was phenomenal as well! Highly recommend!

Excellent lunch. Great service. Very accommodating with our special needs. Thank you for taking so much time to help us. Traveling with handicapped kids is tough and you made our visit very nice.If you are on the area, stop here and have a great meal. Thanks again.

Our server Meredith was fabulous! Very friendly and cheerful. The service was quick, and the food was delicious. We had the fried pickles and tomatoes to start - highly recommend. I had the grilled ship as my entree, and it was so tasty with the remoulade. I had a side of mac & cheese. It was baked to perfection and perfectly cheesy ?

This is a MARVELOUS place to eat. The fried veggies and crab cakes were well seasoned and the remoulade was unbeatable. Come for the STEAK, perfectly seasoned and cooked, no steak sauce required. And be sure to get that smooth and creamy blueberry cheesecake. The staff was friendly and the service was OUTSTANDING, especially because it was our server's first night and she was amazing! We will definitely be doubling back for this spot.

Jack's Chophouse was so accommodating to our little yorkie Guinness. Our server Amelia was great. We ordered a chopped ribeye for Guinness and the chef brought it out personally. I was able to stay keto. I ordered the prime rib po'boy with no hoagie roll & they were happy to oblige. My husband enjoyed his Jack's burger with pimento cheese and crispy onion rings.

This restaurant comes recommended to us by some locals. I'll start by saying that first impressions were not good. Place looks run down from the street and when we walked in the hostess was so engrossed in her phone she didn't even see us standing there. Once I got her attention we were seated and the atmosphere in this restaurant is undesirable to say the least. However when the food came we were pleasantly impressed. The steak was seasoned very well and tasted great and the country fried steak was some of the best we've ever had. The food was very good and we will be back because of it I just wish the place looked more inviting.

The Owner. Waste of time to drive from Thomasville and what a mistake to have even thought of going to this place. The hostess, waitress, and bartenders were so friendly and nice. Also apparently maybe the manager was as well. The short 30 minutes of us being at this place will be only in our past, but we will spread the word of our experience. For the owner Keith Sirmans to be rude apparently to my companion about us moving from bar to a table in the lounge area was just uncalled for. We were told that the lounge was first come seating so therefore we waited at the bar then moved to a table that became available not knowing that apparently a couple that came in after us sat beside us at bar were regulars and also were waiting on an available table. In which they were very polite as I apologized for the misunderstanding and stated they could have the table. I turned to have a seat at the Available table and stated to the Owner Keith Sirmans that those folks said it was fine and he had the cowardly audacity to say :”I guess I didn’t train them well enough” How disrespectful to His employees ! When all whom that we encountered on our short visit at this place were completely so nice and I was bragging about how much I liked them and the place ! Wow ! I just wanted a fun good evening and to give a new place a try. I don’t recall ever being as disappointed as with the experience at this place. That’s why we will continue to support Austin’s.

Ate there for the first time today. I had country fried steak, mashed potatoes and mixed veggies. My wife had ribeye steak, mixed veggies and a baked potato. It was really good. We topped it off with a slice of blueberry cobbler cheesecake. So delicious! Can't wait for our next visit!
