It's okay there will most likely be a waiting line and it takes a while to get your food. Parking lot is pretty big. Polite staff and clean. The food is the only thing lacking in flavor, it's more focused on presentation.
Service was fairly fast and I ordered a Belgium waffle. Over cooked and had to ask for powdered sugar. They had to take it back and when server returned you could hardly see it. Going to assume the was a shortage as there was on napkins.
found a piece of bone in my smoked sausage and the manager seemed to not care about it at all. all she said was “there’s nothing i can do about it, it comes like that.” no sympathy or anything. what if i swallowed it or something had happened? what if this was given to a young child and they were to choke on it??? horrible experience
We came in and was told it would be a 25 minute wait. We waited 45 mins and then they sat a party of 25 that came in AFTER we did. When the hostess came back to the front she asked a waitress who are they?!?!?!? What is the point of taking names down if you don't remember who is who or even call our name to see who we are!!! The hostess lacked customer service skills and tact. It's saturday night and they have 1 cook!!! Thank you to the waitress who came and got us when she heard us talking about being skipped and got our order placed before the party of 24. Needless to say we won't be back and ate here quite often
Restaurant itself was fine. Food was ok. Service wasn’t fantastic. Things were forgotten and we weren’t asked for refills. Lots of seating and parking, easy access. Wish they would take more pride in serving their customers.
Took a long time to place our order. Food came out pretty quickly but my biscuits and gravy were cold and bland. My daughter loved her strawberry creps, and my boys liked their pancakes. My husband had to wait for his food due to a mistake in the kitchen, which I am happy the waitress caught before serving, but when it finally came out everyone else was already done eating.
We were traveling tired, and hungry. We went in, and were ignored by the staff, and when I said something, the lady was very disrespectful, but every time someone the opposite color of me and my family came in, they were seated almost immediately, and I am still in disbelief!! We will never return to or recommend this place!!

Good family restaurant for when you are tired of just waffle house. Why is it always understaffed though. No hate, the staff working is extremely good at their jobs and have a great attitude. Our waitress we had the last time we went had a very bubbly infectious personality that made even the person having the worst day smile. We will be back soon
Great Food, customer service, and food comes hot and ready. They don’t hesitate if I have a question or two: they respond with love and kindness. You will definitely enjoy your time eating here.
