Normally I go order take out from here once a week. But today the service was ridiculous. I ordered in advanced and was there 30 mins past the ready time. It had been an hour since I placed the order online. The kid at the front was rude and I countinued to wait for my food until I decided to check on it. To find out it had been sitting on the table getting warm after 20 mins. I am extremely disappointed and will not return to this place, you lost one of your regulars. The customer service was terrible. And was so mad and hungry I forgot to add on my drink. Never go here.
The customer service was terrible and they have a child handling everything in front which he is very rude to the customers. I will not be back and I will never recommend this place to anyone else. They are just terrible and needs to be shut down because they have stop caring what they serve the customers. Has given them to many chances with my money and was not pleased at all and they didn’t care to try to correct it for me. With the child working up front which is very rude to the customers all the time.
UPDATE: unfortunately, I have to lower it to 1 star since I’m suffering from terrible and painful food poisoning after eating here.***The food was pretty good but (1) I asked for my general Tso’s chicken to be hot and spicy. It was mild. This happens every time I order this dish from there. It still tasted great but I would love to actually have my chicken be hot and spicy. (2) I ordered shrimp lo mein. I counted the shrimp. There were literally only 4 shrimp in my entire order of noodles. Still tasty but I felt a little cheated. (3) I’m not going to lie, I felt a little sick after eating the food. I’ve ate here before a few times and this is the first time I’ve felt sick so hopefully it’s a one time occurrence. Hopefully this isn’t food poisoning. I’ll update the review after a few days.
I was craving Chinese so bad and I was TOO excited to try this place after reading all the great reviews, but now I see I can’t even trust you guys anymore to lead me in the right direction ?The young lady working was very pleasant (hence the 2 stars), but that food….. OH EMM GEE…… by far, the MOST DISGUSTING ISH I’ve ever tasted in my life!! And I’ve had some bad Chinese before. I just wasted $20 and a whole hour lunch break. I had shrimp lo mein (which looked more like Chow mein, by the way), AND fried rice, AND chicken wings (I was a little hungry?). All of it was beyond nasty ?. I’m sorry to the cooks, but I can’t even lie to these people. But hey.. maybe the other stuff tastes better.. I can’t say I’ll be returning to find out ✌?
Everytime I order they are so nice my food is always hot and fresh. And they remember my name.

They have best fried rice in town oh I will tell you little facts about the fire rice that taste so much better when you put a little Egg in the rice. When I get it are usually add three dollar Egg that will upgrade your rise to a bigger size without paying anything and everything else is taste perfect the customer service we’re just fine Vivian I guess that’s her name. She was so professional and kind I always give her a tip when I go there.
