Love this place - great prices, service, and the staff is so kind and cheerful. They’re always happy to provide a puppuccino for our dog as well!
Ordered a Grizzly Iced Americano with 2 sugars at the drive through and they messed it up twice. First they put cream instead of sugar, not a big deal, I just went inside since we had already pulled away from the drive through and politely let them know it was supposed to be black. The lady said not a problem and asked what kind of drink it was and then said I could keep the first drink. While inside I noticed they just used iced coffee instead of actually making an Americano, not sure if this was deliberate or they were unaware of how make an Americano. I accepted iced coffee, thanked them, and left because I didn’t feel like being difficult customer. The only reason I’m not giving the lowest rating is because they did seem genuinely sincere about remedying the situation.
Got their small "koala" hug in a mug breakfast cup that was delicious (sausage, eggs, & grits w/butter to add) & an iced floral latte. I enjoyed both, the floral latte was phenomenal.The atmosphere & aesthetic is pleasing & comfortable, gives you a warm & inviting feel.The staff were professional & kind.You can order online; they have dine-in, takeout, & even a drive thru.I highly recommend & look forward to trying more or they menu in the future.

Moved down to Valdosta 3 days ago and have already been twice! Amazing coffee and amazing workers. Such a nice, friendly place. I am so happy to have found a wonderful, local coffee shop so close to home. I already know I will be a loyal customer for many many years to come!
TASTY!! This describes my overall experience. I posted this a year ago and I am editing it with the same 5 stars! Why? Because today for the first time I tried a bacon chicken ranch wrap! One word “JUICY”! Listen I have gotten one from McDonald’s and chick fil a And even a few other restaurants. But nothing can compare to how good it was from Hug in a Mug! It’s juicy, fresh and guys get this not stingy with their chicken!! I was convinced to download the app!!!
Just as it says! It’s a big hug in a mug . They are always so sweet and polite every time I have gone threw. I have never gotten a bad cup of coffee or bad service. If anything they always put a smile on my face! Everything is always very fresh!
