Wow! We came in last night with a party of 10, 30 mins before closing. The food was hot and very good. They had a new girl working and she was doing her best, but messed up a few orders. We told them, that it was fine, but the team got together and took care of us and got us what we ordered. The whole team was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely come back again. Great experience. Thanks for making our evening great!
I asked for fresh hot food & was ignored at the window. I get food & it’s warm. The fries were Soggy. The grilled tenders were cold. I parked & went inside to have it remade or refunded. Manager on duty told me my food was made 10 minutes ago further informing me it was NOT fresh and hot. Walked off nonchalantly. I asked for a refund because it just didn’t seem genuine but she refused refund. She made food over & it was just like I wanted initially. It’s better fresh. No one seems happy working there everyone has the same attitude ?
When you first opened you had the best fries to go with the best grilled chicken tenders. Soon after your opening you started serving a different brand or type of fries. We use to eat their often but without the original fries we don’t go much. I would love to see you being back the original fries so I can put the restaurant back on my go to list.
I would give a zero if possible, could not understand or hear the girl taking our order, saw they were running a special so we decided to try it. The girl said we had to have a coupon for the special!! My husband asked if they have wings, the girl took his order for 8 wings, chips and a drink. I ordered a 3 piece tender dinner with fries. When it came they brought 8 tenders with Buffalo sauce, fries and chips nothing else for a cost of $20!!! We will never go back, it was terrible !!
The food is good don’t get me wrong but tonight it was a no go. First of all I ordered 7 breaded lemon pepper/garlic parm they gave me four breaded and 3 grilled, the Texas toast was not toasted all they did was slap butter on them but definitely didn’t toast them, the lemonade tasted like water, and I also ordered two chocolate chunk cookies so why did I receive two sugar cookies? I couldn’t return because they was closed. I mean this is part my fault because I always check my food before I leave the restaurant but they shouldn’t be dropping the ball on people orders either. When you have your mind on the way you expect to get your food your spending your hard earn money on and you don’t get it it’s very disappointing.
Just left. Its after 5. And I must say, The food was fresh and amazing... customer service was awesome. I had a Buffalo wrap, and my Husband had strips... my wrap was SO good. My Husband's strips... I had some of those as well... so good. Sorry zaxbys. But between the great customer service, and fresh hot yummy food.. you might wanna step it up a little... Thank you all on this shift... awesome Job... ?
The food was good and the tenders were big enough that a 3-piece would of been plenty. The down side is the meals do not include drinks and any extra sauces cost $0.59. You can expect to spend more than most other places that offer a full meal, with drink, and choice of sauce. I would eat here again, but not regularly based on the price.

Just ordered 2- 5 piece tender meals, a 7 piece tender meal, and a buffalo chicken sandwich meal. Asked for a total of 6 sauces and was charged $.60 per sauce. Are you kidding me???? Who doesn't give at least 1 free sauce per meal or 2 sauces with the 7 piece tenders. What a joke. Look at the size of there tenders. We won't even talk about the order being completely wrong. Do yourself a favor and go to zacadoos, zaxbys, or chick fil a.
The food is good. I eat here about once a week. Unfortunately it seems that since the grand opening the chicken tenders have gotten progressively smaller to the point that they're competing with Zaxby's for smallest.chicken tenders. I enjoy their fresh cooked chips but if the tenders keep shrinking I'll be looking for different options.
