I usually go here 3-4 times a week because of the fresh veggies but that is definitely about to change. Last week, I received my vegetables with a RECEIPT directly on top of them- so of course the condensation melted the paper all over my food. Today, I received 1 yum-yum sauce for 2 meals and only one fork. I ignored the smaller portions of food, the price increase, and the rude cashiers but the poor service is what has drove me away for real. Super disappointed.
Food used to be good. I order food last week and it wasn't grate as used to be. But we are human maybe it was a mistake for cooking process. So I give a one more chance today. I order 3 different plate with my co-works. AND IT IS SO BAD!!! chicken hibachi was way over cooked and dry. Yakisoba's noodles had too much water into it and can't even taste anything. Did management change?
Quality food and great service They only do curbside service and drive through.
Got full order of H Chicken and veggies rolls. Chicken dish was dry and packaged sauces were not good. I'm used to light, thin and crunchy veggie rolls. These were heavy, thick and greasy fried pastry with oily cabbage inside. I crossed town, because this place was best Google rated in town, but I could have gotten better food nearby. Disappointing.

I have in the past eaten regularly at both the Albany and Valdosta locations and always enjoyed the food here very much. I have not eaten here for several years and had seen poor reviews so decided to try it for myself. I know most restaurants have struggled with Covid related issues and thought that might be why people wrote poor reviews. My recent visit went well with the food ready in in a reasonable time period and was as good as I remembered. I will be back more often.
Service was far and good was good with large portions.
If your a student at Valdosta State, this is the best place to eat. They take FLEX and they give you a lot of food. The only place I like to eat at down here.
