Took the family to Wild Adventures for the day and stayed at Drury Inn, was thrilled to find a Fazoli’s in the same parking lot! My wife and I used to eat Fazoli’s every week when they had a store in Jacksonville. Haven’t had Fazoli’s in about 20 years! The food here was fantastic, the store was clean and the staff was very friendly. The assistant manager, Karen, was a wonderful host! Thank you for bringing back some memories!
On our drive home we stopped by Fazoli’s for late night dinner. It was a little over 9PM and we were worried that the restaurant might be getting ready to close. Karen the Manager took our order and assured us that we have plenty of time to dine in and told us that if we were to come in 10 mins before closing she would be happy to let us dine in. She was so nice making sure that we didn’t rush and we had time to enjoy our dinner. We ordered family meal. The restaurant was clean and the service was great! We would will definitely come back.

I’ve only been to Fazoli’s like once in my 42 years of life. I went 04/08/22 to get lunch. I pulled up to the drive-through and was greeted within seconds. The employee had a very soft , kind, but energetic voice. I thought this is nice compared to the other drive-through s I’ve been to lately. Anita was who took my order. Very pleasant and I will be coming back because of her. The food was delicious, I must also say.
I've been going here for years on family vacations up north from Florida. It will always have a special place in my heart. But I do miss the old Italian vibes and giant red tomato man from before. Food still great but bread sticks aren't quite what they used to be sadly. Still way better than olive garden bread sticks tho!
Mrs. Karen is such a kindly person. We have seen her in the stores a few times during our travels. We stop at this location every time we travel either for lunch or dinner. This time there were some kiddos being loud so I kindly asked her to help me move booths. She did! With no hesitation at all. Love this location!! Should put one back in northeast FL!
I love Fazoli's! It's very nostalgic for me. We used to go a lot when I was a kid. I don't find them very much anymore so it was a real treat to find one for lunch while we were traveling! Their bread sticks are the best!
My husband and I drove 100 miles on our motorcycle because we were craving Fazoli’s and living in Jacksonville, FL the Valdosta store is the nearest one to us. We enjoyed the ride however we enjoyed our visit even more. The staff was super friendly and respectful and at the end of our visit we had the chance to meet the manager, Mr. Carl Cruz. I have to say, I had a chance to see him interact with his staff and being a stickler for customer service myself I got a chance to see he treats his team with respect and it shows because they in turn treat the customers very well. It deff won’t be the last time we visit. I mean 100 miles is nothing for the best breadsticks in the world, right? ???. Overall, great food, great people, great visit!!!!
We love the food and atmosphere. Was glad we were able to enjoy a meal there. The only thing I didn't like was the workers seemed to be stretched then working more than one job at the same time. And we were almost done eating by the time we received our breadsticks.
Sometimes, you just gotta have Italian! My husband and I found this great Italian fast food restaurant across the parking lot from our hotel. He had baked spaghetti, which is spaghetti with lots of melted cheese on top, while I had spaghetti with meat balls. There were three meatballs with the meal, but the meatballs, honestly, didn't impress me all that much. They were good, but I've had better. The portions were generous, a good value for the money. The establishment was clean and inviting. I liked the food so much that when we came home from our trip to Florida, we ate there again, This time though, I had the spaghetti with meat sauce. And their breadsticks (unlimited) are to die for! They are soft, warm, and melt-in-your-mouth good. I would definitely eat there again and again.....but there are no Fazoli's in CINCINNATI!!! Get with the program, Fazoli's! Expand to my city!
