I used to love Dominos pizza but now that they have all calls transferred to China or somewhere it's impossible to get a hold of an actual person at your local Domino's so if your order has an issue it is impossible to get any updates or have it corrected because no one answers you, just a CSR in China that can't tell you anything about your order! VERY DISSAPOINTING. Btw my pizza never arrived...
This location is just always well behind and associates aren't attentive at all. Tried this location not once but twice in hopes that theb1st bad exp was just a one time deal. But nope....seems to be a trend.
This domino's use to be good with the old owners now it takes forever! I ordered a pizza and the app said it would take 15 mins so went up to the store and 45 mins later I get my pizza. Oh yeah and they got my order wrong.
Ordered specialty pizza with cheesy bread specifically asked for no jalapeños. Order arrived took a bit of cheesy bread and it was loaded with jalapeños. Ruined it for me.
This place serves the most under cooked, uncut, flaccid pies I have ever consumed! This place takes forever to serve a raw pie, I walk in here feeling like Gordon Ramsay because this place cant let a pie sit through a oven... INSANE! The workers are wack and all around just a trash establishment!
I ordered a pizza an hour and fifteen minutes ago, and I'm still waiting for it. I called the store and they said it was on the way without even asking who I was. So either that was a lie, or I was the only customer. Either way, if I ever do get my pizza, it'll probably be cold by then.
Do not order pizza from Domino's! You will regret it.... There were bugs in my pizza.. I call there and told them and they had the audacity to ask me if I still had the pizza I told him no I threw it in the trash they said that was their policy if I do not have the pizza I could not get a refund that's why they are having specials because there's nothing special about it
The pizza at this restaurant is great. The issue is trying to order a pizza. I get the same line every-time,” I’m sorry but we’re not taking any orders right now.” Okay then I guess you’d rather me spend my money else where.
The store on Northside Dr in Valdosta GA is extremely clean. The entire staff was very nice and friendly. I saved $20.00 using the coupon tab on the Domino's app and the food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Keep up the good work.
My fave for pizza in Valdosta so far. Good, fresh ingredients and they're pretty liberal with them on their pizzas. In my experience, only Little Caesars beats their prices.
