Finally found some sushi in Valdosta that isn't mushy and/or vastly overpriced. Though the "smoked" salmon was not smoked at all. I do wish descriptions were on the menu. I'm planning to go back and try more than just the sushi as it all looked really good.
I have eaten there multiple times, but I think my favorite experience was the day I took my adult son. He really enjoyed his noodle soup. I think it’s called Bulgogi. He learned the proper technique for holding chopsticks and refused to use a fork! Lol To the point where he was trying to pick up those huge noodles about the width of a pencil. His soup contained diced green onions, white onions, sliced fish?, sliced mushrooms, and beef broth I think. Either way, it was delicious and it made me happy to see him happy and enjoying a nice meal with the perfect atmosphere. He said, “We definitely gotta come back here, Mom!”
If you want the best sushi and the best bento box then you have come to the right place. This place might be outside of downtown Valdosta but it is literally the best Asian restaurant in Valdosta no other Asian restaurant is going to top cupworks. I definitely want everyone to know about cup works and come on down and eat. They even have a drive through which can be super convenient if you’re busy and can’t dine in.
We have ordered carryout from here once and have eaten inside once. When i called to order for carryout, the lady who answered the phone was super helpful. She explained everything and even suggested certain things. The food is delicious!
If you enjoy food poisoning or rude employees hanging up on you mid-order, and then joking about it with their coworkers when you call back (without even a hello), then this is the place to go. It's a shame really, they used to be really good; but their quality has gradually decreased and their employees obviously do not care. I hope the manager/owner pays more attention because not only will the rude people run business off, so will mishandling food and making people sick. I'd advise against going here unless something dramatically changes.
Food is really good. Get the plate instead of the cup.
I really think this meal is for a taste preference.. I was invited by my daughter for a night out to dinner we ended up here, however it wasn't crowded and the help was very patient and professional I just couldn't eat I truly tried what I did try was the shrimp something I wasn't into it at ALL its not cheap to eat here upwards to around 15$ a dinner. But it's a lot of dinner, my salad was perfect they only offer in house their dressing. As I was saying daughter loved it ... and had leftovers for next dayThe food was pretty.
Service was really good! Staff friendly and attentive.Best spring rolls i have ever eaten. Ordered the Hibachi Chicken and Hibachi Steak. Nice portions. The fried rice is my fav ?
Obsessed isn’t even the right word. This is my favorite restaurant in this town. Ask for the pork Bokeum, it’s divine. Their sushi is also great. I love this place.
A bit pricey, but delicious always! I usually get bibimbap and mandu.
