Came to this location on a trip to wild adventures after being quoted 1.5 hour wait at another restaurant for our party of 9. Destini answered the phone when I called and was very personable and funny. Told us to come on down. After arriving we had a short wait and the kids went to get some candy. She was SO sweet in interacting with them and talked to them about their day. Even went above and beyond and bought them some of the candy sticks with her own money. What an awesome employee! Made our day. The kids kept talking about how nice she is.
Food was okay but not great, my husband absolutely despised the greens. The fried okra was more chewy than I expected and my catfish was bland. Our food for a table of five took over an hour to come out with just one entree per person. Prices were decent but I guess I expected the food to be better. Loved the gift shop and found this cute pitcher.
The last 3 times that I have ordered from Cracker Barrel they seem to be out of the items I want and I do understand this due to supply chain shortages. But my thing is if you're out of an item when you receive the online order why not just call and give the customer a heads up in advance. You shouldn't have to wait for the delivery person to call you from the restaurant to let you know the reason why they haven't delivered is because the restaurant is out of an item. I waited for an hour for my food and when theDoor Dash driver called I was informed they were out of the meatloaf. I just cancelled my order completely.I think at this point I'm done with Cracker Barrel.
Saw the signs advertising cheesecake pancakes and got hungry. When time for lunch finally came, I had to try them.OH MY! OH MY! They were delicious. Came with strawberries, strawberry syrup, and a big dollop of whip cream. And they come with bacon or sausage and your choice of eggs.The people here are very friendly.Great place to stop, rest, and have a bite to eat.
Fantastic experience at this Cracker Barrel. We stopped for dinner on our way home from a weekend trip.We had a new server that did great. Thanks Zy. She was attentive, smiled plenty and checked on us the right amount. Only criticism of the meal was obvious smaller serving sizes and some sides were not very warm.Everything tasted great. Wife had an extra pork chop to take home.Also enjoyed the selection of stuff in the store. Bought a few beach themed items for home.Staff was friendly. Only complaint or critique I would offer was that the store staff was a little too attentive. Almost on th verge of uncomfortable.
The food was great, our server was busy but kept checking on us to see if we needed anything else ,prices were reasonable I recommend Cracker Barrel Old Country Store.?
Great server, (Mara?). Good food. Love the gift store. A little dirty looking and as at most restaurants these days, staff seems scarce and inexperienced (except Mara). Phone app for payment is handy and helps with scarce staffing, I'm sure.

Located on ST Augustine rd off I-75. I had a less than stellar customer service experience. I ordered biscuits and gravy with thick cut bacon. The gravy was saw mill gravy which was bland and lacked flavor. I requested my bacon not crispy but received crispy bacon. This tells me the bacon comes from a pile of already prepared bacon in disregard of customer requests. Upon checkout the manager did not ask how my meal was which would have given me the opportunity to raise my complaint. First cup of coffee was fresh but weak compared to diner coffee. Cracker Barrel is a favorite stop for us when traveling. Good breakfast at a fair price in a convenient location. Regardless of this review I recommend Cracker Barrel for travelers for a good breakfast at a fair price.
First, although it isn’t specific to this store, online ordering and/or app ordering never seems to work. I can’t say how many times I have tried and only had success one time in a few years. Second, the ladies room was DISGUSTING! I had a hard time eating my take out after being in there. Worse than most gas stations. I get that they are busy but maybe hire someone just for the dang bathrooms. Food was just OK and kind of bland. Not stopping at this one again
