Stopped in for lunch and my chicken sandwich was more bread tie, tomato, and dry seasoning than anything else. I know stuff happens sometimes but I feel like they have really lowered their standards and will just send anything out at this point.
The quickest and most delicious meal. Where I believe that the quality exceeds the values on the receipt. The food here is just way too good. If you're coming through from I75 or you're a local who maybe has not tasted the menu here, I encourage you to do so as soon as you can.
This place was amazing! We went on a Sunday, for dinner. It wasn’t too crowded, I believe there was two other families in the restaurant besides mine. The woman’s bathroom was very clean. The person taking our order was very helpful and gave us help with our orders. The food came out very fast and was tasty. The seasoned fries were great. Overall, great experience at this location.
Our family used to enjoy Cook Out, but it has gone down hill over the past year likely due to the staffing shortages. The service is always quick and friendly, but the food quality and care put into making the sandwiches are lacking. The photo is of my burger that was supposed have relish, grilled onions and lettuce, the relish is there, the onions are not grilled and I was generously given one square of lettuce.
1st time with cook out ? the 3 of us were excited to try a new place. Quick service, yet all our orders were in 3 different bags. Received 1st bag they said all there....pulled forward and nope. So I had to walk to door where it was locked....waited..super nice..and 99% completed our order. Forgot our sauces. Yet, the food is ?
It was alright. Its fast food so you can't expect too much like I did. Staff was friendly at helping us choose our food but the food itself was pretty average. The milkshakes were pretty good though! Would give it more stars but the dinning room was closed so the meal had to be eaten in the car.
I usually have a great experience here but this time I didn't. My fries were not hot, I had a piece of tomato and a wilted piece of lettuce on my sandwich, and I wasn't offered any condiments. The guy who took my order was nice though.
First time visiting a Cookout! The food was great & hot & tasty! And they have Cheerwine! Best fast food we’ve had. We wish there were locations in Florida!
It was a short line in the drive thru. Everyone enjoyed the milk shake. The shakes are not the largest in town but it was big on flavor.
My daughter and I went January 30th around 1pm through the drive thru. Great customer service, the lady working had a big smile on her face and which in return brighten my day. Food was correct. The hamburger was small however my fault for ordering small hamburger thinking it would be bigger. However just because the great customer service I will return. Cookout has a valuable employee that you don't find very often now a days.
