As mentioned in previous reviews, the consistency is poor at this Chipotle location which is disappointing with how excited I was to be able to enjoy Chipotle here in town versus out on trips. My wife and I have had extremely salty bowls enough to where we couldn’t finish the meal, we’ve had the total for our meal exceed what the stated price with tax was with no explanation from the cashier, and we’ve experienced shortages of ingredients (e.g. Brown rice) while being told they weren’t making more in the MIDDLE of lunch hour.. 3 stars is for the food and price because when prepared well you can’t beat the amount of food you can get for $7-8 that’s not junk food.
My experience here was good, first off the burrito is loaded with your choice of meat and veggies+more. I like the pollo grill with brown rice, some chilli ?️ sauce, soar cream and shredded hold the beans. The dining is ok needs more attentiveness of cleaning, restroom kept Sanitized, I like their juice drink tea. But my overall experience is good not to bad. L❤️ they ?
I eat here about 3-4 times a week and always have had a good experience. Cheryl is an absolute gem at this store, so sweet and will always have you smiling or laughing. The rest of the staff are just as great, always polite and friendly. Not sure why all the hate in other reviews. I mean, some people are complaining about chip and guac prices or not the chicken being “too spicy” - like you’ve never been to a chipotle? Lol ridiculous. Anyway, compared to stores in Atlanta & Miami this place has never been too crowded or too busy and the staff is always friendly. Food and prices are the same as all other chipotles (almost like it’s some sort of massive chain of restaurants with fixed menus and prices throughout all its stores - crazy!).
Fantastic Chipotle! Customer service was top notch, everyone was very sweet and the food was excellent. Also, my burrito didn't explode which never happens! Would definitely stop here again if going through Valdosta.
The steak burrito is good. The steak tasted great. But the meals don't come with chips (that's additional), it's a touch pricey, and no salsa to dip the chips. The chips were a little stale. They don't have salt and pepper shakers. Very few sauces to choose from.Line was long but service was fast that was a plus.Overall not bad.My vote is Surcheros.
I would give it a 5 star but that would include a good customer service , which I didn’t get . I do apologize to all the other employees but they could have said something to the one who attended my husband and I . Nasty attitude and no need to be giving me attitude if one guy came in for a complaint about the food. Anyways I am just hoping the food is great. Piece of advice : Dealing with customer can sometime not be fun at all but take a chill pill because we’re not all the same . Have great day y’all :)
Absolutely the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Tried to be patient with them when they first opened up since there was sure to be some 'growing pains' with getting the staff trained. Honestly, they were better when they first opened then they are now. Cold food, slooooowwwwww service, and today, 'system isn't working so we can't take (make) your order'. Good thing Surcheros is right around the corner and has better quality food anyways.
This is the best chipotle I have ever been to! The service was great! The food was amazing. And everything was clean and efficient!

Curious about all the negative reviews. Been here twice and had a good experience both times. Burrito was delicious, all ingredients were in stock, store was very clean, and staff were pleasant. Many of these reviewers seem to forget this is still a fast food joint and not some high end restaurant.
