Worst Chic-fil-a experience I've had. Took 30 minutes in line then got cold fries no bbq sauce available. Plus my order was handed to the wrong vehicle and then handed to me after it had been rummaged through.
Friendly staff good food always. The only issues I have is the way the drive thru is. When it is crowded you really can't get into the parking lot. Honestly I think they have outgrown that spot and need to consider relocating to a better location.
This place is very good at what they do, and with them been busy alot, they are still quick with getting their service to their customers
As always, great service that puts CFA in a whole different class than other fast food. Personal. Friendly. Good food.
Drive thru line and staff move pretty quickly food is still hot when returning home meaning it was made within minutes of my order or to order always a plus
If I could possibly give it less than ONE star I would. I ordered on the Chick-fil-A app and when I got to the store to pick up the lady went on to tell me she threw my food away because of food temps and safety (little does this lady know I leave these chicken sandwiches on my counter and will eat them day or two after getting them sometimes I order ten at time they are so GOOD) but today she went on to throw my food out because I wasn't there within 5 mins then she told me it was a lot of food (lady I know I PAID FOR IT) that she can't remake it because of food cost and can only refund me half of what paid for sorry blah blah blah she literally threw my food out and said my pleasure. Well I'll save money and never even go to another Chick-fil-A and say MY PLEASURE.VIVA LA POPEYES!!!
One minute agoI gave them the benefit of the doubt today and drove all the way back from my house to get the nuggets that they left out of my two kids meals. But then when we got back home, my daughter found that her milk had already been opened!!! I'm disgusted and will never go back. The one on St. Augustine has never made a single mistake and this one just has made too many for me to count!
They were slammed packed, the drive-thru look like a freeway so we went inside and it was just as full as the drive-thru... But since we were there with our high school baseball team and we just got through playing a game the kids were hungry so we decided to stay and take our chances. Let me tell you the staff was awesome they worked us through the line very efficiently it was like they were a small army behind the cash register in the assembly line they had their act together it was a great representation of both the establishment and the management. The employees were very polite and courteous to the customer. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and the girl inform me that they were out of lettuce I was a little disappointed but I gladly ate my sandwich without my lettuce because the customer service was awesome and outstanding!!!
Amazing service! Thank you to Grace, who went above and beyond by getting me sauces to send to my neighbor stationed overseas! He was so grateful. Chick-fil-A has the best employees!
