I just waited an hour in the drive thru with only maybe six cars ahead of me. I don’t eat here to begin with. If this order wasn’t for my sick wife I would have done like all the other cars behind me and left too.
My experience here is that I never ate here, but one of my family member has, they're food was no so good or bad, but the temperature wasn't at it's best and long wait. Remind you I Am a delivery driver for two companies. What I noticed inside is that it looks clean but have flies and remember this is a seafood place.??
My daughter and me went in and ordered...I ordered the chicken ...they rang it up as fish....daughter talked to them ....they was rude....over charged me...didn't fix it....the food was bad... that was the worst experience....did I tell ya we went in...they put it in a bag....we ate what we could in the car
Ordered online last night 7/11/2022 at the Captain D's in Valdosta, ga. Got the 4 PC fish meal with sides of 2 loaded baked potatoes which is an extra $1.59 ea). When we picked it up they were out of baked potatoes! We asked if we could get a double order of French fries and okra to sort of accomadate us for the $3.18 loss on the potatoes. They said they couldn't do that! I eat here at least once a week! The fish was over cooked and very hard to eat! It was such an awful experience. I don't think I will be returning!!!
Will change to 5 if they actually make my fish fresh when request instead of throwing old fish back in the grease
I used to love coming here but now, they are always out of something and it’s takes forever to place an order and get your food!!!! Very disappointed!!!!!
Very Disappointed!We to the one on Ashley Street around noon 04/21/22.Handed a coupon to waitress for 2 Fish Dinners for $6.99 (?). Rudely was told they don't accept coupons. Asked since when since we've used them there before. She turned around and DID NOT REPLY!Got in our car & used a coupon at one of your competitors. Captain D's is not the only fast food restaurants in Valdosta & we won't frequent there anymore!!!
Their B rating makes me a little wary, but I've always had great food, excellent service, love that you can get healthier choices,like grilled tilapia and vegetables.
I like Captain D,s but this trip was just bad my Wife and I order two three piece fish plates to go I went inside to order it took 25 minutes. We got into the car and left open our fish plate 3 minutes after leaving everything was cold and nasty we put most of it in the trash
This was the worst food I have ever eaten from Captain D’s. We ordered the 10 piece family meal instead of fish we got home with mostly battered chicken strips. I tried to call back to speak with the manager to return it but the phone was never answered. They serve awful food and even more awful customer service. I would not recommend this place!!!!
