Understaffed, unfriendly. That is just the basics. A whopper meal and two chicken sandwich meals took almost 15 minutes to get, not even a sorry for the long wait. Not a place I will be heading back to soon.
They need to update their hours. The food is good when I go. But they are always closed during supposedly work hours. And don’t get caught in the drive thru. You will be sitting there forever bc they are not gonna say anything. They’re so weird.
My goodness! Some of the reviews were off-putting! But we were hungry, it was across from the Shell where we fueled up, and it smelled delicious. Daquita took care of us when we ordered. She was pleasant and repeated our order back to us to be sure it was correct. We served ourselves at the Coca-Cola multi beverage machine while we waited.Husband ordered a meal: Whopper with lettuce & mayonnaise with fries and drink. He shared his fries with me, and I had a cup of water with my Whopper (pickles, lettuce, mustard and mayonnaise). Since we asked for the Whoppers to be our way, they needed extra time to prepare them. Was it worth it? YES! Everything was hot and as we ordered it.Restaurant was clean and had a modern feel to it. This was a good place to stop for lunch - and inexpensive!
Worst bk ever don’t waste your money! Service is horrible and the staff is rude as hell! We waited 20 mins in drive thru at the speaker and nobody ever took our order. We went in and when we mentioned it the lady walked off and didn’t say anything. Poor management at its finest!
Everytime I'm on I75 passing through I stop at this Burger King location because the food is always hot and the staff is always friendly.
They had me waiting for 30 minutes me ordering from drive thru they had me pull up and then they come out and give someone else the order first who had order after me! So unorganized this is why I choose McDonald’s! SMH
I just left there at 10:40 pm and they turned the intercom on saying they were closed, but they took the cars order ? in front of. They need to update their hours of operation if they don't want to work. Covid has made all of these fast food places lazy.
We got the whoper meal which was great but sooooo fatning. I do wish they would offer healthy side options like a side salad, slaw or even fresh fruit or veggie sticks like most other fast food restaurants do.

"WE DON'T SERVE COFFEE DURING THE DAY", said with some attitude!This location is posted as a stop right off the interstate. We've done a lot of road traveling, and I've never been to a BK that doesn't have coffee! I'm sure the drivers coming in for a pitstop could support a little coffee.
