Our experience started off good. There wasn't much of a crowd, our waitress was timely and our appetizer was good (but they were out of fried pickles, onion rings, and chips).We got our food.. it wasn't the best, our wedges were burnt to a crisp and we didn't finish a third of our food.We never got refills on our drinks. We went to pay and she offered to-go drinks. They were out of tea and sugar so they had no more sweet tea. We left about 1030 or so, so I'm not sure if they didn't want to make anymore or not.Doesn't surprise me for a Buffalo wild wings, but since we were out of town we were hoping it may be better.
Went in for quick dinner at 9:20pm...immediatley placed order. received drink and queso with chips that were stale about 9:30.At 10:02 we told waitress to cancel order,she said she would get mgr..7 minutes later we put money on table and got up to leave.Mgr comes out and says I didn't think you guys had been waiting that long,but we are are sports bar...then asks the waitress did they pay for there alcoholic beverage,we stated the money was on the table...still looked around,i guess we needed to walk back there to I guess insure her the money was there...we left after that...frustrating experience

table of 6. 2 at a time were served. which would be fine if in between wasn't 10 minutes apart. the very last two were served when the rest of us were done eating. my son couldn't eat his. he ordered the hot, he said they tasted bad, not the chicken itself but the sauce. my husband got the garlic parm and it was disgusting. the poor waitress looked was really busy. she was very sweet.
Just like any other bdubs, nothing in this one sets it apart from the rest of them. Good wings and beer though. The waitress there was awesome. She came and sat with us for a few moments to try and solve one of the kids puzzle papers with us. We weren't smart enough... Lol.
Major major disappointment. I've been to a few Buffalo wild wings but the service at this one has not been great at all. I ordered online and when I arrived I was waiting in the front for about 5 to 10 minutes for somebody to acknowledge me but since no one ever did I had to grab one of the waitresses and she went in the kitchen to get someone. I pick up my order get back in my truck and the potato wedges I ordered were like little pieces of wood burns unedible. I was in my truck so I was not going to turn around and 18-wheeler because of some potato wedges that were overcooked and burnt. I strongly recommend by passing this place and finding another location. Very disappointed
After a couple of bad experiences, we tried again.Service was excellent. Waitress was attentive and despite several "challenges", she did a great job (and was tipped accordingly), it's not her fault that corporate/management sucks.After several tries at ordering a beer off their "menu", I had to settle for a beer that really wasn't what I wanted. ( I wanted a lager. It appears that other than a Bud, they were out of anything else on the "menu". I am not going to pay $4 or $5 for something that I can pay less than $10 for, for a 12 pack, in the supermarket).Despite the beer challenge, the food was good. The fries were hot (the wife Hates cool or cold fries).Somewhere in the future, I will give them another try. But if all they have for beer is lite beer, fruit flavored beer (raspberry), or apple juice; I'm moving on.
Food was great, service was great. They were a bit short staffed, but you wouldn't be able to tell by the quality of service. Will definitely return. The loaded tater tots were AMAZING!
I have no idea why this place is popular. It cannot be for the food. Took my wife here and was sorely disappointed.The Chili Con Queso chips were crumbles, not good for dipping. The buffalo chicken sandwich patty was half of what you get at ChicFilA and tasted overwhelmingly of breading, like the ones you get from a school cafeteria. My wife said her food was average.I definitely won’t be back.
Haven’t been through since they shut down for a while. Decided to try today. Boneless wings were hard as rocks and way over cooked. Fries were stale and hard, tasteless. When walking in front door it smells like a gym locker room. Service was friendly however. That is the only positive. Oh the bottled soda was great. Will be a long time before I give them another try.
