Barberitos is the best! I called every taco restaurant in Lowndes County for help and pricing on catering my daughter’s birthday party. The service from the beginning at Barberitos was far superior. I spoke with several different employees on the phone, all of which went above and beyond and were happy to help. My food was ready on time, neatly packaged and I had everything I needed. Did I mention that it was delicious?! A guest even commented that the ground beef was the best she’d eaten from a taco place. The taco bar was fantastic, the service was amazing, they went above and beyond to help, and the price was the most affordable. Barberitos for the win!!

Great food and friendly staff, I miss the Barberitos in Tifton.
I’ve been coming to the Barberito’s in Valdosta for about 2 years now off and on. Every time no matter who is working, the food and the service is amazing! I love this place especially since it’s based in Athens and will always come here over Chipotle or other places similar. Get the cheese dip and pineapple lemonade!
Got the taco salad today and was delicious as always.
My first time here and absolutely no complaints. I got the burrito bowl with chips and some queso! The staff was amazing too. 10 dollars for all you see!

Great service even though they were short staffed. Food was great!
Good food and awesome that they have tofu but service is like a poorly oiled machine. Super slow, don’t anticipate running out of ingredients, inefficient division of labor...otherwise just a local version of Chipotle with actually a few more options. I’d go back here but I’d need to budget more time than I did this time.
