Friendly atmosphere. The staff could use a little more training. Wife wanted Grilled Chicken on here salad. They put breaded chicken strips. Not the first time out order was not right. But the staff was very attentive.
I went there today with my mother to eat lunch. The hostess sat us down and said a waitress would be with us shortly. After 10-15 mins of waiting and the waitress making eye contact and just looking away and i was not able to get her attention because i was being ignored my mother and i decided to leave. No drinks was ordered nothing. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. I can honestly say i have never been in a restaurant that i felt so unwelcomed. They wasn't even busy. Just a "I don't want you here" attitude. The good news is Toreo mexican restaurant right down the road was very welcoming. The food was great and we had a great time.

The best food I've ever has at Applebee's hands down! It's the best restaurant food I've had in a very long time. We now have a new favorite place to eat when we're in Valdosta!
there was us and 2 more tables here on a friday night not busy at all and we waited 50 minutes for our food, we asked our server for silverware 3 times before we finally got it. the service we received was very slow. when we received our steaks they were raw and bloody when we ordered medium well… mashed potato’s were literally burnt. 0/10 reccomend for me ??♀️
I am not posting to get anyone in trouble but in the hopes to get managment to maybe retrain on a few things. Before moving to Valdosta my family would go to Applebees at least once a month and sometimes once a week. I know the food can be wonderful. We have been a handful of times since November but each times things keep going wrong. Yesterday evenings experiance was just full of issues. I could tell the waitress was flustered but she was very sweet and doing her best. We orderd our meal and we do have one special food request. Our appetizer comes out and the spinich dip was half full and the cheese is just shredded on top without being metled. The plates were burning hot but the actual dip was room temperature. This particular thing has been an issue every time we have been to this store. They also leave off the salsa. This is more a frustration then anything which is why we just kept coming. Last night however we started with this and then the food came. My special request had been messed up and the waitress brought it explaining the system cut part of the request off and the cooks just made it. Then she asked if I would eat it this way or if it needed to be remade. Her destrssed face made me feel like someone in back made her ask me. I hate sending food back. It is very uncomfortable and honestly should have just been redone without asking the customer to eat the messed up order. Then they were out of yogurt for the kids side. Again that would have been an easy fix. You ask the table if they want a replacement or just the strawberries. But instead ghe kitchen didn't even tell our waitress and sent out the strawberries. She had to run back and forth to figure out what happened. There seems to be a severe lack of communication between the kitchen and the house. Having worked in food I know mistakes happen but this feels like some retraining is needed in order to fix the issues. I really do want to be a regular at Applebees again.
We waited over 20 minites and still no service at our table. We were seated promptly by the hostess and the waitress never came. Not to mention they weren't busy and did not have alot of table seated. We love the food there and I hope they get it together.

Throw the whole restaurant away! I placed an online Carside order. Soon after I placed it I received a call stating they were out of the green beans. Then once my order was ready, I got a call saying they were out of the yogurt that I ordered with my son’s meal and on top of that, I’d have to come inside to pick the order up…after I placed a carside order for specific reasons smh. This place just needs to go ahead and shut down. I’ve had issues with this location the last 3 times I’ve visited
Food was amazing. Everything fresh and cooked to order. Our waitress was nice and was on top of everything we needed. Staffing doesn't look like an issue anymore, so we were able to be taken care of quickly. Will recommend to all family and friends! Also try their holiday sips! they are so delicious!
