Ever watched the movie "Waiting"? This is it to a tee. Wonderful staff in a road side city, 2 for 1 Miller is a deal you cant say no to though. Could definitely use a remodel because the carpet looks pretty rough, god only knows what the kitchen looks like. Food came out pretty good though.
I would give zero stars if I could. I can not even put into words how horrible this location was….This place was WRONG as hell for the service!!! We sat down and ordered drinks. Our drinks took 30 MINUTES to receive. And when received the only alcohol drink that was ordered it was falsely advertised completely. We waited almost an HOUR to receive our food which was ordered the same time we ordered our drinks. The steak was ordered as medium rare and was served to us rare!!! And the Mac and cheese pasta was ordered and when received it tasted like water!!!! The server was inattentive and very slow! We asked for the food to go back because we were not going to eat a rare steak nor a water pasta. The server informed us that the drink and the two meals would be taken off the check. When we received the check the food was still on the check. She had to go back and take it off. We then asked for a manager and when he came and talked to us he informed us he was unable to take off a drink that we ordered but didn’t receive that specific drink. We received said falsely advertised drink which was taken back. We received very rude and VERY POOR service all around, from the server and manager!This is just a small part of the horrible service received!
Service was ok, they were nit busy at all. The food was not the best, like the kitchen staff didn't care. Only ate half the meal, because I was starving and had not eaten at all. Most likely will not be back
Was traveling and decided to stop here for a quick meal. What a trash dump of a restaurant. Didn't even get our food. After waiting 45 minutes. A manager asked us if we ordered. Come to find out the order wasn't put in or some other excuse. Bring us our food out 5 minutes later wasn't even what we ordered. Paid for my drinks and left. Entire Establishment should be shut down. Fact they can't even simple operate with hardly any customers in the restaurants speaks Volumes of its Management and staff. Should have picked any other restaurant in the area besides this dump.
This is a terrible restaurant. The boy who seated us had finger nails 4 inches long. (GROSS). The waitress was terribly slow. They didn't have any coffee brewed. They didn't have any knives. (REALLY) The food was cold. They weren't busy at all but we couldn't get a check. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE COST 1 AND 1/2 HOURS.
This was a stop along the way in a drive from Atlanta to Orlando. Though the place was not busy, we had to wait for service longer than I expected. Food was not memorable. At the end after the food was paid for, a Hostess came over to the table, without explanation, checked my friend's receipt, said nothing and left. It was an odd act as it suggested some sort of suspicion, and made my friend feel very uncomfortable and somewhat angry. That hostess had obviously never learned how to interact with people properly.
Kaitlyn deserves a raise!! She was the only waitress there Weds night at 6:30 pm for 3/4 of the restaurant and she was the hostess and worked the bar! Seriously the restaurant would not have run without her. She was kind, professional, fast & efficient! Great job ❤
Well I had the feeling I should have left when I sat down but i waited it out. So short staffed amd the staff that was there had no urgency whatsoever. Couldn't get a refill and waited so long on my food. I would think a steak cooks quickly when only 3 tables have customers. Should have trusted my instincts. I hope this is an exception and not the norm. Glad I dont live here cause I would be disappointed not ever eating applebees
The bourbon chicken and shrimp skillet is really good. The place hardly had any customers due to it being after 9 pm on a Monday but we didn't have very prompt service from the bartender. That's the reason for the 4 stars. The molten lava cake is really good too.
It's rare but maybe it was a off night, I love Applebee's normally but, the bar tonight was disappointing. I don't drink but I like watching TV at the bar and a quick meal, it was very bad, food was warm, I had a hamburger, tomato's we're mushy, yes I asked for extra stuff, Mayo pickles, salt and pepper, Mayo was dropped on my shoe and on the bar and under bar I expected I'm sorry but nope, it was a rare night, of course I'm going back because everyone has a bad night. That said I still gave a tip but I didn't eat much of anything, come on Applebee's I know you can do better, I'm just a customer who happens to like your place.
