This is a classic example of a restaurant that runs now on reputation and not service i paid$16.00 dollars for a meal that was not worth more than nine I ordered the 5 piece hot wings they were cold and whats more they only gave me 4 wings by the time I noticed it I had already pulled out of restaurant parking lot and was elsewhere, honestly the fries were good but what was the slice of bread for, I also ordered a spicy mushrooms wich saved the meal, if I hadn't asked for napkins I wouldn't have gotten any....The Great Zaxbys..well I didn't see any greatness with this visit, come on $10.00 for four cold wings even if they had given me 5 it still wasn't worth the money there are great wing places that give a 10pc wing combo for 11.00 and thats with a drink..I don't mind paying high prices for great food but not for what use to be or a reputation that no longer applies to the current state of food/service, Boston market kind of got that way, the service always has to be great the food always has to be great then I can say man they charged me $16.00, but it was great and I'm going back. Today's service just made me feel like I just threw my money out the window, felt stupid for going there, and that does not bring repeat business.
I absolutely love my Tucker Zaxby's!!!! I am always impressed by the attention and service provided whenever I visit. I have been going to this location for over a year and I continue to be surprised by the service I receive. Mr. Antonio the GM and his outstanding team displays the attention to detail and customer service needed in the fast food industry. Keep up that good work. And thank you for all you do!
I wish I didn’t even have to give one star! I never seen a place so incompetent in my life. Every time I order from this location the order is wrong, the food is old, and it’s always missing the sauces. Yesterday was the final straw for me my entire order was old and cold and wrong after waiting over 40 mins for an online order that stated it would be ready in 9 mins. You would think waiting 40 mins you would have fresh food. Well absolutely not. I sent my son to get the order so he didn’t know what was missing from the order. I paid for extra sauces didn’t get them nor did I get the correct ones I ordered with the meals. Paid for large drinks got small. I’m just so sick of this location. I will NEVER EVER give them another penny of my money.! Ever!!!!!
We ordered a 20-piece family finger meal. The trip home took 15 minutes. The fries and toast were soggy and the chicken was barely warm and had obviously been sitting under heat for quite a while...dark colored and hard to chew (hardly tenders). Even our cats turned up their noses. We ordered during what should have been the dinner hour. The order taker was pleasant.
CHECK YOUR ORDERS HERE. I go here basically once a week and they NEVER get my order right. I dont even pull off from the drive thru anymore. Check your sauces, taste your drinks. Make sure you got napkins and silverware. Basically do they're job other than make the food.
I went through the drive thru a little over an hour before closing time. They were out of almost every drink I wanted. There was a slight wait time which still resulted in the food being cold. The girl in the drive thru was talking to every other employee inside loudly and would just reach her arm out the window without looking. Maybe going earlier would’ve resulted in better service
Unethical business practice. Mr. Antwon, I personally tried to assist/ help you locate the correct valve for turning off your water that was compromised and shooting water in the air. You were unable to find that valve at that time. So I dispatched my technician to your location, gave you an ETA which was 35 minutes, you canceled within that time because you finally found the valve I tried to help you find. Hopefully you don't work for free, my plumbers valued and don't work for free. I asked for some type of compensation for are effort to assist you. You rudely said, I'm not paying nothing. Of course I will pay my technician who lives in Tucker. I live in Tucker, I hire in Tucker, we shop in Tucker. We are apart of Tucker. We will not visit your location as long as your employed there, I will spread the word they have a rude manager. I will call corporate as well. I'm the boss and your a worker, adjust your attitude
I love Zaxby's, it's one of my favorite places to eat. So you can imagine my surprise when i took my first bite and it was awful. In fact, the fries and chicken were so bad, that I thought that maybe I contracted Covid and could not taste anything. So I took a drink of Root Beer to ensure that I could actually taste. I'm not sure if they forgot to season the food or what, but it was awful. I actually tossed my whole plate of food after a few bites because it was so bad. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day?
I never have a problem here. My food is always good and they dont skimp on the sauce. The staff is friendly as well
I don't know how this place is capable of continuously getting worse, but it does. This is by far the worst dinner we've ever ordered from here. The food was old, the fries unseasoned, no sauces were given and the drink order was wrong. Not to mention it takes a minimum of 15 minutes to order in the drive thru even when there's only 1 car ahead of us. We're done with this location.
