The employee Martin was VERY professional and polite. I could tell he really enjoys his job and it shows by the way he greets and treats customers, I was very impressed...I can't forget Earl who was working the register, he too was very nice/professional...the food was great however, I will say the Salsa bar was a little dirty, and they were out of Salsa except one flavor, a frequent cleaning of that area would be more appealing as there was dried Salsa were customers spilled it everywhere, I actually wiped it down w/napkins myself...Lastly, the food was good, presentation and they play great music, a little loud but nice tunes were playing while I waited for service...Overall 5 stars, EXCELLENT Customer Service outshines the small issues.

I love this place. We traveled from out of town and my family went twice today. Martin and and Earl were amazing;their customer service deserves 5-stars. I highly recommend this location when you just want some grub. Yes they do have vegan options. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Love eating here all the time! I always see Michelle every time I come the manager. She always seems she works harder than any manager I’ve seen. looks like she doesn’t get paid enough for that and with a happy smile all the time. If I have to contact Willy Corp because of this hardworking woman I will! Willys will not be Willy’s without her!!!!!!
It took 20 minutes for the three guys there to serve the four people in front of me. None of the employees wanted to be there. They were just looking down, slowly walking to the back to get stuff while one guy stood around. Lazily slapping sides on plates while the line grew out the door. My burrito was tiny and the one before mine was huge. First time I’ve had a terrible experience, hopefully they can clean house and hire some better people
I had a great experience today! Martin and Alex are the best (I would give them 10 stars if I could ) they are the reason why I will be coming back to this location. The food taste great as well and the building was clean.
My girl and I had an amazing lunch at this location. We were originally wanting some Chipotle, but I’m so glad we chose Willys instead. My build your own Bowl, made by Michelle, was fresh and so delicious. And my wife’s burrito was SO loaded, she actually got a whole extra tortilla and was able to make another burrito with her leftovers. A great crew with awesome customer service. Last thing, the Raspberry Lemonade was to die for.

Love this place! The ONLY thing I don't like is the online orders have more priority than customers in the building. We are left standing there until they fulfill all the online orders? but food is great!
I ordered a chicken salad that comes with guacamole and they charged me extra for the guacamole. I told the guy and the lady that checked me out that it comes with the salad but I paid for it any way. Very disappointed that they do not know the menu.
