This place has the worst problems. Rude workers. Especially the Hispanic girl (sorry don’t know her name) that works the window. I sat at the order screen for ten minutes. Not one hold on or anything. So I drove to the window thinking that the intercom was broken. When I got to the window she claimed that she didn’t hear me. I drive a loud car and you would know it if I was at the screen. After that I was asked to drive back around to get behind the people that were also waiting behind me and to order. I have been here numerous times and each time they either get my order wrong or it’s some type of BS. Not happy with this store. Need new management and workers. If I could give negative stars they would get -3 ⭐️
Corporate should fire the entire staff for the afternoon shifts! I stood in line for 20 plus minutes and the cashier and about 3 other employees looked at me without saying s word. When I finally asked who was on the register they told me I'd have to wait. I'll have to go out of my way to get Wendy's if I want some that bad because I simply cant go there anymore as long as that staff is there.
My burger didn’t have cheese. Instead of giving me a warm burger where the cheese would be melted they literally brought out one piece of cold cheese because “that’s what the manager said to do”
I always check my order before driving off. Was given my order but was missing the large chili and 3 sauces that was all on the receipt. The bag only contained the nuggets and fries. So I mentioned I was missing the large chili and sauces. Girl at the window screamed "ma'am what else do you need". ? I had to catch myself...I said if you can read, whatever is on the receipt that I'm missing. She then said GIRL BYE. I know this isn't a 5 start restaurant which she wouldn't last a hour. But just because I look Asian or any race, you don't talk to folks like that because there are repercussions for your actions. I realize there is a staffing short so maybe they need to put her at the back of the house and have someone who is more customer friendly to work the drive thru. And please send her to school and have her take a reading course. Thank you!

Employees were rude and unprofessional. Picking up an order but door was locked. Went through drive thru and got the the window and older woman told me to come inside to pick it up. Current Google rating is 3.2 stars. It's should be lower than that.

Waited at the speaker 15 minutes, no one acknowledged (even after I said Hello a few times). I moved up in line only for the young lady at window to tell me she was busy with other orders and I have to go back around. No ma'am...I am leaving...I refuse to deal with customer no service.... basically if you are busy let the person waiting know you will be with them in a moment....we don't know if speaker is working and definitely have doubts when no one acknowledges us.
The lady working drive through was rude, she was rushing the order even when I was the only vehicle in line.The food was clearly old and had been sitting for awhile..Bake potatoes I ordered were dry, fries were soggy and warm..SMH…Chick-fil-A will always be number #1 in customer service,Oh and please check your receipt because these people will up charge without asking
