We must have just missed the mad rush when we got there around 630pm because the kitchen area looked like a tornado came through and hit it. Our food came out tasty though.

I don’t know how the cook does it but I blinked and my food was on the table! Delicious, hot and fresh. Our waitress Eva was the icing on the cake, she was quick, incredibly friendly and respectful and we had everything we needed without having to ask for it! She is a true star ⭐️!!

I I couldn't even get a cup of coffee when I walked in this place when there was only two customers there and seven people and staff. Maybe I wasn't the right color for them!

The cook & the waitress on duty were extremely courteous. The cook seemed to take pride in preparing food that was delicious and appealing to the eye. Thank you both for your service.

Best waffle house! The cook and the waitresses are always so kind and inviting.

So I go to this Waffle House to get an order of bacon to go for my sister and the staff of 5, or more were speaking with each other. When one finally acknowledge me she asked “was I picking up an order?” I stated no I would like to place a to-go order. She replied and said oh step to the side let me take this person right here. The nerve! I just left the location to find another willing to offer me service.

I loved the food nice! Cooked perfectly. There was a long wait time. From when people came inn too take out and people who were there too dine inn was confusing . Did not know where too stand?? Then the person doing the take out orders was confused as well. Had people waiting more than they should. Finding two people for the take out and the waiting line would be much helpful directing people would be key. 45mins-1hour wait time for Sunday morning.

By my recollection this nearby my home Waffle House unit has opened and closed on more than one occasion since before and after the pandemic restrictions. Regardless of its status during that time the Saturday evening encounter was as bad as any I've ever had with any Waffle House unit anywhere. Yhe staff of two was pleasant enough, but the restaurant with only a few seats open for dine-in were each dirty as was an absolutely filthy floor, throughout appearing as though it had not been swept or moppedin days. The rest of the restaurant was in an unkempt matter. The food was sub par. I was the only one in the restaurant and left very disappointed after consuming a very greasy sandwich and hash browns served in a to-go tray with a plastic fork.

"To go order customers", don’t matter at this location!! This is the second week in a row I waited over a half hour for someone to even acknowledge me, much less take my order!! They take dine in customers first. I guess so they can get a tip. No one ever said, “Someone will be with you”, I’m sorry about the wait"!! Totally unprofessional!!!! I walked out and went to IHOP!! MUCH BETTER SERVICE!!!

Went to this location to have breakfast and visit with my brother. The music was soooo loud I had to ask the manager if he could turn it down a little. He said that someone had just asked him to turn it up so he couldn't. I had to shout to speak to the person right next to me, which is not enjoyable and ruined eating there. I will never go back. If it's more important for him to have loud annoying rock and roll music playing then to try and make the restaurant a more enjoyable place to be, then he just lost two customers. Food was okay, eggs were undercooked and grits were too wet.
