Everything to expect at Waffle House. I loved it!
Food was good and fresh , service was good . This has nothing to do with the waitress but management . I finished my whole meal and drunk my water only to realize after the meal that a bug was in my cup . The lady manager told the waitress to give me 10% back for the troubles but I mean come on that’s a slap in the face when my bill was only 11 bucks . Will not return not because of the bug but the poor response to me having a bug in my drink ..
We’re regulars for breakfast at this Waffle House. Tava Simmons is the best server. She will set our table as soon as we get out of the car. She remembers our order and preferences and her station is always clean. Tava and other staff members help each other. We love the Waffle House at Northlake.
Friendly and helpful staff. You can depend on the food being prepared the same way each time. The coffee is still served in real cups. The value is really good.
What is not enjoyable about The Waffle House. Great breakfast food and all sorts of other things. The staff is always hustling and the variety of customers is always entertaining.
Was told I can't dine in but there was someone there just hanging out in a booth. Can't do steamed hash browns any more. Cook was out back smoking some pretty strong pot, stunk up the whole parking lot, I could smell it as I pulled in with my windows up..
Waffle is always great! I'm from Atlanta so I'm a little bias but anyone who comes here and never had it need to eat it.

I'll give it 5 stars because our experience was great! Quick service even though seemed like they struggle with employees, perfectly cooked food and fresh coffee. The only thing is the smell when you come in, maybe restroom.Overall was a good WH to stop by.
