I thought Waffle House was open 24 hours for dine in. I went there both my kids to eat, but they were too LAZY to serve us. So we went to IHOP.
OMG Waffle House figured out how to include sales tax in its prices!!! Awesome, I feel like I am in Europe. Who would have thought possible that the price you see would be the price you pay? What a.novel concept. Thank you Waffle House !!!
The service was good. A couple of obvious things were overlooked. Server was nice.The tables could use a good cleaning with a clean towel.
My husband and I decided to dine in because there was no crowd. The service was great. The only thing, my food was warm not hot.. maybe because the place was .
Went for brunch at noon on a Sunday. Yeah, it’s a Waffle House, but as Waffle Houses go it was a great experience. Food came out quickly exactly as ordered and the service was fast and attentive.
They need to call the health department sat down to place a order and a baby roach bug came from under the table on top of the table I guess I was intruding and that was his table. I was the visitor waitress had a attitude. They need to call orkin and get this place fumigated then she wants to roll her eyes looking at the tip you left.Your service and attitude determine your tip but guess with me.
By my recollection this nearby my home Waffle House unit has opened and closed on more than one occasion since before and after the pandemic restrictions. Regardless of its status during that time the Saturday evening encounter was as bad as any I've ever had with any Waffle House unit anywhere. Yhe staff of two was pleasant enough, but the restaurant with only a few seats open for dine-in were each dirty as was an absolutely filthy floor, throughout appearing as though it had not been swept or moppedin days. The rest of the restaurant was in an unkempt matter. The food was sub par. I was the only one in the restaurant and left very disappointed after consuming a very greasy sandwich and hash browns served in a to-go tray with a plastic fork.
There was 1 guy working there on a Saturday night. I commend him. He cooked all our food fast and the taste was great. I wish I'd gotten his name. I was there 10/10/21 around 1 or 2 am, give him a raise.
This place I have went into a couple of times . I understand the pandemic is why they can only take to go orders and you can not sit down and wait due to covid. Bless the manager heart he comes in and he cannot help the waitress are the cook because he says he has other things to do that are more important than helping his waittress or helping customers .That is alot on one person to do and it's not right for the waittress to have to do more than she can do, instead of coming and helping her .I may be wrong, but they say they need help if you need a job they are looking to hire you today on the spot, please go see the manager his name was Nicholas, and he is ready to hire anyone !!!!!! The waitress was awesome !!!The Manager did come out and help when more people came., they are really trying and need some more help,they all seemed to work good together.
