Recently this place has had a lot of problems like not fully cooked food, expired food, wrong orders and not opening during hours they say they open. It's been like that for a couple months now and haven't seen any good changes. Maybe new management or other changes are needed because this place used to be great for food and excellent service but you won't get that much here
I just want to give a shout out to Mario, I showed up in the middle of lunch rush with a complicated order and he was helping in the kitchen and had to stop what he was doing to help the new employee at the register. He was so patient and helpful, which is something you don’t see much in this day and age especially in fast food. This man deserves a raise! Keep up the good work Mario you’re going places!
One the food we got was undercooked cold and poorly wrapped 2nd when we had an issue about the natchos we got she decided instead of telling us that the cheese was on bottom she dug her hands through our food was very rude the whole time qnd rice in one of the burritos was basically raw i would never reccomend eating here until some big changes are made
Waited 20 minutes for my food in the drive threw while 4 people in side got there food and they were packing other peoples food as we waiting they gave us our drinks and currently still waiting
I ordered 2 things and got 1. I'll never come back!
I got a number 6 The chalupa meal I asked for fresh bread they gave me hard old bread I stated that long as is not hard and been sitting longer then the time being everything has a time on it fine I will take but Instead she gave me old bread and got mad when I asked for fresh
Really unprofessional staff. First of I don’t get a receipt with my order, then they have the courtesy to not answer the phone and 3rd of all my food is missing. We’re in the beginning of an inflation I can’t afford to go back to the restaurant please fix this problem. Thank you. Get better staff.

I ordered in the drive thru I ordered 2 Taco supreme combo 1 without sour cream once i got to the window i was never ask what i ordered i payed the cashier gave me a receipt for Kentucky fried chcken ,I told her I didn't order chiken her response was you did then she said well what did you ordershe found the receipt for the Imyorder when i check the bag the order was wrong all the tacos wasn't there it took her 10 minutes my order was still wrong a waste of money then she had a bad attitude
I've never been ignored during normal business hours... thats what the workers did here. It must be one that is shutting down. ??♀️
