Mitch is lovely. I had a nitro cold brew mobile order and forgot the extra cup of ice. Mitch got my ice and confirmed the room needed for my coconut milk. The coffee is brewed well and the taste superb. I don't like coffee, but some days I need it and SB is allergy friendly with the milk options. The service Mitch gave today ensured I will return to this location. Until next time!

I made an order through the app, there was a glitch while I was ordering and I didn't know if the order went through so I went inside and asked. They started pulling the mobile orders and there were a lot so I was trying to be patient but when she said she didn't see it I tried to place an order at the counter. I was told to wait because they didn't want a duplicate order then they told me they found the order. So after waiting almost 20 minutes I ended up asking again and was then told they didn't have the order. Well by this time I had to go, I could have placed the order when I asked to and received it but no longer had the time to wait. All the barista did was mumble sorry about that.

Not always open because of scheduling. But they have good service and good food.

I ordered a grande caramel macchiato which wasn't bad. I was just disappointed in the bacon, egg and cheese gouda sandwich. I've ordered the same sandwich at multiple locations, so I know this was poorly made. It didn't even taste right. I don't think I'll be back.

This location gets my order right every time! Order takers are always sweet, PATIENT, and helpful. I have made this my go-to store. Starbucks on Jimmy Carter is only 6 mins away from my house, but I drive the 14 mins to come to this location! Special shoutout to Darius! He has went the extra mile to make sure my order was to my liking without me even saying anything, on several occasions! Love this location!

Really my worse experience. The cappuccino was not really bad, but the was no choise for the pastry shop, or others, and the staff don't care about customer the put your order there without tell nothing, you wait and wait. Come here Is the Best way to ruine your breakfast.

Stay away from this location, the coffee is horrible. I only drink Black coffee and this coffee was disgusting ?. How you mess up Black coffee ??‍♀️ Also the service at the window was all over the place, she didn’t even say have a good day.

I’ve been to this location 4 times now. 1 of which was a successful coffee run. Every other time they are “closed” the website says open but that’s not cared about. Everyone will be inside staring at you like your crazy because you pulled up for coffee at 9am. Ridiculous.

Went on Sunday 01/23/22 and had a hair in my drink. I didn't see it until i was almost home so i didnt take it back but i was so disgusted that i threw both of my drinks in the trash because they were most likely made together. I dont know the baristas name but she is a young black girl.Then i went back on Tues 01/25/22 and my order was made incorrectly so i told the worker at the window (Liliana, i believe) and she had the nastiest attitude. She argued with me and insisted it was made correctly but i drink this same drink from this exact location everyday twice a day for years now so i think i know what my drink should taste like and that wasn't it. I don't care what the sticker says, the taste is what matters. She then told me i had to go inside to talk to a manager to get my drink fixed. Since when? Isn't the Starbucks promise that they'll make your drink right or they'll remake it? After all this she still didn't fix my drink but luckily another employee (Sarah, who is always excellent) knows me as a daily regular heard what was happening and went straight to the back and made my drinks properly. The difference was not only noticeable in the taste of the drink but also the coloring so please don't tell me about my drink. I have decided to take a break from Starbucks after this event. I will not spend $15 - $20 daily on drinks that aren't made PROPERLY and to deal with UNPROFESSIONAL and rude employees.
