Rude associate working register’s. The time is 6:12pm on the evening of June 28 2022. I intentionally used the outside pumps so that I could quickly get home to my family. Instead I was met with a pump that was out of receipt paper. I enter the store to find a line of 9 people waiting to check out.I approach the cashier with the grey uniform top as I have already made my purchase and only need proof of purchase for my employer. I ask her to please print my receipt for pump # 5. Simple act of mashing some buttons on her keyboard and providing me with my proof of purchase as I will need this to be reimbursed.Her response to me is to get in line with the multiple guests. As a patron it did not make sense to me as I have already utilized Speedway’s Services. Moving forward I will not make the mistake of patronizing this location and furthermore Speedway.Speedway will no longer be on my list as a location to stop. Also, why would the restrooms be closed? I have never had an issue at Quick Trip, my mistake for not stopping there.If I am not contacted here I will be sure to escalate to corporate as it pertains to the “lack of service and hospitality provided “.
They got into a whole screaming match with me over 6 cents this is unbelievable i wouldn’t recommend going back there ever again.
Looks like a great store but bathrooms are always out of order.
The kitchen staff there are unprofessional!!!! Including the manager!!!! Just bad vibe no greeting or to let customers know they order will be up soon. Their disposition is just off. Bad experience!
Staff here here always been very nice to me and made me feel like I was appreciated because I chose to stop there. Their prices for cigarettes among the best in the area.
First, DO NOT use the air machine before you ask somebody if it's fixed. So why is this a 5-star review? Because Ms V provides excellent customer service to grumpy, panicked travelers. Good people matter most.
Only go to this location if you're in a rush or or you've got time for bad attitudes. At least two of the staff members are always guaranteed to be rude at all times. They always run out of basic coffee condiments and never seem to have cup holders, coffee creamers, and random other supplies needed just to get a cup of coffee. Occasionally they do not clean the coffee dispenser despite having multiple dispensers in the building..once I came in to find that all of them needed cleaning during rush hour.
I like speedway, but Linda! now business are standing by customer services and satisfaction, when ever you become angry don’t go to work please take a day off.
Always someone behind the counter with an attitude if you don't like your job then finds you a different one but I shouldn't have to put up with your attitude just because you don't like your job!
This place is too new to be this ratchet. TERRIBLE management. Employees are on ONE. Restrooms are trashed. No tissue, paper towels or soap. Just drive half a mile down to the QT….
