It was pretty good, I took my mom their for her birthday and I think she really enjoyed it.
Food was awful, even the vinaigrette dressing for the house salad was disgusting. Overcooked broccoli, overcooked lobster tail. The best part of the meal was the biscuits
Place a online order for a certain time, and it was was thirty minutes later after the time promised. Then I asked to speak to a manager and no one showed up after waiting an additional ten minutes. What is the purpose of ordering online curbside and the restaurant was not busy. Just poor customer service, unacceptable.

This location is usually one of our favorites; However, I don’t know if it’s due to short staff or just don’t care anymore about the customers. But our food and drinks were not that great! We were seated and the waitress took our order. She brought bread with no small plates, stated they were waiting for “dishes to get done in the dishwasher”. Next our appetizer came out, still no small plates. She then brought out our drinks, two frozen classic margaritas, that looked as if the ice was scraped from the bottom. Finally 25 minutes later our main course was brought out, the food was little cold, and one of the orders had brusselsprouts and salmon, it looked as if the salmon was broke off instead of cut. We don’t know what happened, but it was not the usual great hot beautifully plated food and drinks. The customer service from the waitress was great, sweet young lady. But she isn’t the cook nor the bartender!!
The flounder was delicious..also, the cole slaw was great...not pictured...but the ice cream was delicious too... A Birthday celebration...the waitress was very attentive & pleasant!
Was in the mood for cheddar bay biscuits. Nice and friendly staff all around. The popcorn shrimp portion is rather small (see picture). The entrées were a good size. Food tasted fresh. Ms. Wanda was nice and attentive waitress.
Endless shrimp at lunch. I only got 1 refill because I was full. Red Lobster has the best tartar sauce. Love the pay at the table. Saves a lot of time.
My family arrived approximately 4pm on Tuesday and was pleasantly greeted by every staff member that we encountered. The restaurant was clean. Our server was pleasant and our order was served with accuracy and timeliness. Most importantly, our food was fresh, hot and sooo tasty. My mom ordered the bacon wrapped scallops…yummy. My daughter and I ordered the pick 2 combination and again…yummy. I had left overs and good conversation with our server as we were leaving. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience! ❤️❤️❤️
Felt like having shrimp today for lunch. My go to place is Red Lobster. They were not busy got there at 11 am. Was seated immediately. The server Summer was right on it - took my drink order and brought me some biscuits. Very professional did not miss a beat. Not alot of staff present. I ordered the popcorn shrimp with masked potato's and a salad. Everything served fresh and hot. I ordered the lunch portion - just enough food. The beverages are priced high $ 2.99 per drink, with free refills. The food was very good. At check-out they have a Presto machine on the tables - this cuts the server out of another opportunity to talk with the customer. Today it is all about customer service - you have it or you don't. The place was very clean - a great dining experience. Will be back here.
