First and foremost this Popeyes is horrible, no one in line and have the audacity to have us wait for almost 10 mins just to order food my friend had to keep saying hello to get their attention as if the forgot about us in line. Whoever was working today 6/26/2022 at 8:45 pm at the drive through taking our order needs to work on her customer service and how she talk to people. This been on going for a long time you literally wait for 30 mins just to get your food when there is nobody in the line. If short staffed cool but staff need better communication and a better attitude.
I live 5 minutes from this Popeyes and have tried to go four or five times and every time has been a MESS. They never have anything, take forever, and make up their own hours. I try to be understanding, I know there’s supply chain and staffing issues, but tonight was the final straw.We waited 30 minutes and had to get a refund BECAUSE THE STAFF WERE YELLING AND PHYSICALLY FIGHTING IN THE BACK OF THE KITCHEN.When I went in from the drive thru to get the refund I was relived we didn’t get the food because the restaurant was DISGUSTING and the girl up front touched the food with her bare hands.I will never go here ever again. Save yourself the health code violations.
My first 1 star review. 2 people ahead of me. Wait time was 1 hour 6 minutes. At 40 minutes they refused to return my money. My mashed potatoes were sitting on top of a table behind the steam table. Once boxed the worker sat them on the front counter as other customers pushed them around while waiting. After 35 minutes a drive through customer said he had been at the speaker for 30 minutes. Stacks of chicken everywhere not being boxed up. The new worker asked me 4 times what my meal was with a duplicate receipt in his hand. Ive never seen anything like it.
Twice I placed an order with Uber Eats prior to 9pm this evening. They canceled the order twice but Uber still sent 3 different drivers to attempt to pick up my order. Seems pretty unfair to the drivers’ time and fuel. When I called the location (after 5 attempts), someone answered and said they were closed. Pretty sure this location is listed as open until midnight. Get it together over there, Popeyes.
When I pulled up to window, I was asked to wait. I waited 6 minutes before they came back. I ordered The Family box with Mac n cheese. I ordered a strawberry lemonade. When I got to the window it was like they ignored me and continued talking. There was no politeness and I asked for a sauce. She responded with sauces don't come with that. I find the customer service poor at this location. I came by one night @8pm and I was told "We are out of everything." Really! At 8pm, and you're supposed to be open until 11.
We pull up to the window to order, the lady taking or order was beyond rude. She starts by barking out "what do you want?" So, I start attempting to give her my order, it wasn't a hard order, it was a number twelve with Cajun fries and a diet coke. The lady kept interrupting me to repeat my order. At one point I am just sitting in absolute silence for a few minutes waiting for her to catch up. Finally, the order is placed and we pull up to the window, the rude lady walks up and thrusts the card reader towards us. So, I inserted the card and, I tried to input my pin, and the rude lady says "no, you don't do that..." I couldn't wait to leave, I get working fast food is rough, my first job was fast food, but so many people are just rude for absolutely no reason. So, in conclusion, we live less than five minutes away and made it home. The shrimp was barely warm and the picture, funny enough makes it look like a lot, but it wasn't. The fries, were decent but barely warm. I paid 11 dollars for this??? I won't be going back here again.....
I've come here 6 times. Usually order ahead on the app. I'm not sure why I keep trying. Ive left with food two of the six times and even those two times I encountered numerous issues. Even when I don't use the app there is issues like them saying they close at 9 where everywhere online and even the sign in the door saying it's 11 pm. Aside from these issues they are extremely slow when they are actually there.
Their Chicken is so delicious because It is tasteful like Baton Rouge Louisana Chicken Stand.
I just has the worst possible experience with a fast food restaurant. The "ladies" in there were condescending and extremely rude. I was berated for waiting at the drive thru speaker to place my order when the girl came over the speaker to say it would be 10 min before they could take my order because they were just opening. BTW this was at 12pm when the sign on the door says 10am open time. I was also laughed at for ordering a chicken sandwich and chicken tenders because " we don't cook them when we open" all they had available was mild bone in chicken and we're angry with me for asking for anything else. They need better employees or better customer service. Not certain which but i don't go to lunch to get berated by employees who don't want to do their jobs!
Popeyes has gotten better as of late. Went through the drive thru and got a five piece chicken ? meal. Was very good, especially the red beans and rice. They don't serve inside. Been going there over ten years. They were really good and consistent in the beginning. Then in the past few years they were horrible. Orders were always wrong. Long waits and place was dirty. Lots of turn over on there staff. Maybe bad management. Didn't go there for awhile. Started going recently again and much better. Food is good. Quick service and orders correct. I like the finger strips as well.
