Nothing like my favorite specialty Pizza Hut pizzas after arriving home from a long trip out of the country. You are so ready for your comfort food. I got a great deal and delivery directly from their app. It arrived hot and after midnight! I was so grateful I could still order shortly before 12am. I am never disappointed at the meld of perfect flavors and balance. I'm going to have some more right now!
One of the worst attendance ever however the young man inside was great ? awesome on how he took my order but I called earlier to try and place a carry out order and decided I would go in only cause I kept being placed on hold or call would drop and noticed that the cashier kept placing calls on hold while flirting with some black gentleman taking there order slowly so unprofessional I have worked in the fast food industry as a general manager and shift lead I work at a international convenience store and catering kitchen and if I’m busy I stop and help the customer with anything how rude to have this going on I would always make sure customers where attended or at least acknowledge for a hold politely
Unsafe and unsanitaryI ordered pizza through the app. They were supposed to bring it curbside but they were running slow so I went in. To my surprise a lady returned her pizza because they gave the wrong order. I watched them take the pizza and put it inside the heating station with the other warm fresh pizzas. I was utterly surprised because I have always known that you throw away any food returned. In shock they then attempted to give me the returned pizza!! After a lady brought this back from her car, after all the employees looked and breathe over it…they gave the returned pizza to me— a new customer. When I asked if this was the same retuned pizza ….they were honest and said yes! I guess it’s standard practice, I told them it’s unsafe and unsanitary. No one apologized, they told me my new pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. I asked for a refund instead, because reality is they would probably give me the same pizza. To make things worst, customer service said this practice of re-giving return pizza to paying customers… is okay depending on the store. I can’t fathom that this is real, nor will I be eating at any Pizza Hut’s again!
Placed an order at 6:50 called at 8:30 to see where my order was. The first person didn’t see it, transferred me. The 2nd person said driver was on the way. Called back at 9pm they have to contact the driver. Called me back at 9:12 they misplaced my order. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS ONE AGAIN.. INCOMPETENT
Ordered stuff crust. Pizza was not good. Little burnt. Guess making good food is jot important.
I went to order here because they wouldn't pick up the phone. But while I made my order there was someone in there waiting for there pizza. So they told me it will be about 20 minutes for my order. So I went somewhere and came back about 20 minutes the pizza was not ready so I waited on the inside like the other customer did when I was there making my order because they told me that it would be another 5 minutes. But they as me to wait outside and they will bring my pizza to me. I thought like why I can't wait inside like you had the Caucasian person did when I came in, I was like why I can't get the same treatment? But anyway I waited outside and they brought the pizza to me. I had to check it outside on top of my car instead of inside like other customers. Now I don't know if I was treated like this because I am black or they just disrespectful to certain customers that goes there. This is very disturbing and if pizza hut allow their workers to treat customers like that because of the color of their skin or because they are rude to certain customers are they shown better treatment to other customers and they show black folks they need to be sued and closed down.
Faster delivery, warm food... soft bread. Better customer service!Paid an extra dollar to get cheese bread but received rock hard regular bread
They are good , however the communication between the cashier and the cook ,before the cashier left ,was not made due to which they had to offer me some complimentary item + had to wait for another 15 minutes.Rest all is good.I understand things go here and there sometimes. Take it easy.
I ordered curbside pickup and upon arriving at the location I texted the number on the front door and was told it would be out when it was ready. After 20 minutes of sitting there I texted again and was given the same response. After another 10 minutes I went inside and was given a cold pizza. 1/10 horrible experience
