Employees were friendly and the price was reasonable. Dined here many years ago and the food was good. However on this visit, I wasn't overly impressed. The food was not as flavorable as I've known it to be but it is a reasonable alternative if your looking for home style country cooking.
The food temp on a coupla my veggie selections weren't hot or warm enuff for me. Fruit n salad bowls were good. And kudos to this location for using real utensils n condiments, as opposed to just plastic n packets.
Hadn't had Piccadilly in over 10 year because the few that were in Florida were closed down. I was so excited but let me tell you that was all crushed due to the two staff members that were horrible in the customer service department. One with braids that was serving the meats, I got liver, and the one at the register. Simply poot customer service is all I can say. Needless to say the other two ladies on the way out were super nice and stated to us that maybe we should give them another try when they heard us saying that we were going to have to find another one to visit instead. Overall we were pleased with the food and we will give this location another try, maybe.
Hey I'm not one to eat out much but I wanted some of their carrot soufflé..so we stopped by. Low and behold..nothing changed inside literally from 2009, the last time I went. The foods was still OK, but its out dated, feels moist on the inside, and the outside is awful looking..Tucker location. Picadilly...get it together and make the atmosphere inviting..even if you raise the priceses. Thanks!
My most recent experiences were not good. I've been lied to by management and my chicken was not thoroughly cooked. This place has gone down hill in recent years.
The food was absolutely wonderful. The server at our table made our whole trip worthwhile. The rest of the staff could use an attitude adjustment. I'd like to see more Piccadilly's in the Columbus, Georgia area again! I love Piccadilly's!!
Great Place to fine at a reasonable price & great flavored foods cool! Surprisingly? Their chicken strips are so good! Very Kid Friendly!Thinking of going this late afternoon to get out of the house & eat yum yum! Can't go wrong at PICCADILLY'S!
The food needs more seasoning, salt and pepper... Southern food that tastes like hospital food. At least it's a decent selection of food, could be better for the prices. Sunday morning hotspot. Busy typically. Nice staff.
The hosts are wonderful!! I love taking my family there for weekend breakfast or dinner throughout the week!!
Excellent food. Good service for eat-in dining. This location was not that great prior to the pandemic but has apparently "cleaned up it's act". Bottom line my food was fresh, tasty and the presentation was beautiful.
