NASTY! This was at the Tucker, GA location on Hugh Howell Rd. With the serving line still open and customers eating they started using a blower to sweep the floor! As I said they were not only doing this while we were eating, but also while they were fixing someone’s order on the line. Also she was blowing across the restaurant towards the salsa bar.
Awful the young man rushed me to order my food.And I clearly asked what was the rush especially there was no one else in the place except me.Would I recommend this place HELL NO.Score 0 for customer service.
Ordered online and it was ready when I arrived. All my notes were read and prepared (I asked for extra salsa and other things on the side). Portion sizes were great and I’ll be coming back! *I scored on the BOGO deal today*
If I could give negative stars I would. I gave them three different tries since it is close to my house BUT never again. All three times the place is virtually empty which to me is not a good sign, but at the time I thought COVID kept people away. However, other restaurants on that street have no problem so...Anyway the first time I saw flies around the food and it look days old. When I tasted it it was not the level of food I was use to from Moe's (not seasoned) but I figured it was just how they do things.Second time I went same thing food looked old however again i thought it is fresh but because they don't seem to have a lot of customers is why it looked old.Third and last time the food looked old. This time I asked and they stated only a couple of hours. I was getting a lot of items and they rushed me in a way that was unnecessary since no one was in line with me and they were fully staffed. This time my family and I tasted how old this food was. My husband actually said why is my tongue numb and my throat was sore after eating a little of my bowl and I threw it away. I NEVER WASTE LIKE THAT. I will never go back to this location again and I advise you do not either.
The food was good and I will not visit this location again. They gave so little portions/ scoops. I bought aside of guacamole and they did not fill the cup.
In & out ....the GLASS was so clean I kept reaching 2 point @ my INGREDIENTS but I kept hitting the Glass?I see how birds run into now?Great place?

Have to make sure you ask them to change their gloves each time. They wipe down counters, touch money, and ring you up with the same gloves on.
I haven't gone into this location yet but my husband typically grabs our orders to go from here and the food is always just so good. I haven't eaten Moe's in years because up north it just tasted.... different. I don’t know what they do differently here but I always finish and want some more, the food is the correct temp even after the drive home, and my husband says he never has to wait for the food when he arrives because it's always ready and the staff acknowledges him immediately. I rarely ever leave reviews for take out but I'm actually really impressed by the consistency of the food and service especially during these times.
