The WORST Moe’s burrito we have ever had. Ordered online and when we got home we immediately noticed that they DID NOT include several of the ingredients we requested. Extremely disappointed, didn’t know we had to watch them make our food to make sure they do it correctly. They even had the audacity to tape our order receipt to each burrito so they clearly saw it and chose to ignore it.

I visited this location tonight I felt so uncomfortable by the way the manager looked and spoke to me during my visit, as a local business owner myself customer service is everything, I’ve done business with all ETHNIC persons but tonight this guy made us feel as if we were poor trash ordering in this place. I’ve visited before an a awesome young kid helped but tonight was so different that I’m writing a detail certified letter to corporate about my visit following up with a call. I couldn’t believe it I’ve lived here for years never felt like that anywhere.
The tortillas they use are so cheap, I used to work for moes the tortillas are basically fried plastic. They feel like rubber.Anyways. Thanks for the small tiny handful of cheap tortilla chips
