Love this location because its down the street from my house but every time i order pick up i am still waiting when i get there or my food will be ready and it is cold because you wait 5-10 minutes just to get greeted by someone. Also it is always one person doing the pick up orders while i see workers standing around doing nothing and can help pick up process move faster. Not a fan of the spinach dip taste like straight cheese.
1 hour later and still no pizza. I called after placing the order because the estimated time was concerning and was going to cancel my order. He said he would move the order to the front if I could pick up instead of deliver. My daughter has been waiting for 50 minutes. After talking to them twice, they finally admitted they were just making them. They should have been honest with me and with my daughter.....This is not the first time they have been unreliable. Had similar problem when we ate at the restaurant. Good pizza if you are willing to wait an hour or two.
Food is great, but if it weren't for that guy in the kitchen, I think his name might be Jay, older guy with a grey hat usually, always being super disrespectful to the other staff members, specifically the females and trying to flirt with a 17yr. Dude like over 50 trying to get with a minor. Idk what kind of establishment they're running over there, but I WILL NOT be back.
Second visit and the vegetarian pizza was very delicious.Fyi. Extra toppings are $3each at least at the Inverness location. The Tucker, GA location did not charge extra.
First time here. Located off of Hwy 285N and Lavista Rd in the Best Buy plaza. Interesting place. Seating is a big difficult if you have a disability or are short. The booths are up on a platform and are very snug with the tables. Very colorful and staff was friendly. Portions are large as you can see with the pics. Only a few downfalls... The bathroom was dirty and take home bags don't fit small pizza. The food was good. The sandwich came with potato chips, the spinach dip came with bread that was a little hard, and the kids meatballs were HUGE. Check out my pics and video for more info.
Horrible Cheese Pizza...Super doughy with hardly any sauce & cheese! Waste of 20 bucks!Update: I was contacted by Mellow Mushroom Management who issued me a $25.00 gift certificate. I can honestly say the second go-around was much better and the food was delicious. Great customer. Thank you.
We went on a relatively busy Saturday. Nothing we ordered was correct. We received regular cheese on both of our pizzas after requesting the vegan option. We received our salad with no dressing, then after bringing out the wrong dressing the server never returned to our table. Our daughter also never received her kids meal. We waited ten minutes to be seated, another twenty to receive our drinks and another 15 for the wrong food. It was a waste of our time.
Had a date lunch with my hubby, The waiter name T was friendly ➕️ knowledgeable of the menu. Our food was GREAT. The ladies restroom was clean n the sink is nice, The sink water flows out like a waterfall.
Great location, fun layout inside, and a bar if you want to sit at it. Mellow Mushrooms super make me happy. ❤️ My latest addiction is to get plain spinach leaves and dip them in the balsamic vinaigrette YUM
The food is great and delicious. Now, some not all but, some of the servers need some training. Honestly though the food is great and it's most definitely worth going there.
