First time at McDonalds in a long long time. TERRIBLE.Wrong drink, wrong sized fries, had tp pull up (was in drive through and had to tell them at the windpw what i ordered) to get replacement drink- where employee shrugged and walked off when I asked if "this" was a large fry. Went inside where a very nice older manager told me it wasn't and gave me another fry. Got back to the car and drove off...THIRTY FIVE MINUTES AFTER I ARRIVED, and then found those fries were ice cold.Never again- cured me of that, and any other McDonalds forever.But hey what do you want for a thirteen dollar lunch???
Horrible experience. Staffed acted as if they were too high to function. Had to wait for my food as the other cars that came after me were getting theirs quickly. The worker wanted to argue with me about whether he gave me my drink or not. Brought it to me finally, with no straw. Wanted to get an attitude when I asked for the straw. Food wasn’t hot and way too salty. The manager need to get their staff in order.
Went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 fish sandwiches with no tartar and extra cheese. Order was ready immediately. Got to where I was going and first sandwich was loaded with tartar sauce, and the bun was stale; like hard as a rock and crusty. No extra cheese either. Turned around and drove back. Took the sandwiches inside and noticed it smelled disgusting in the location; like feet. Place looked disgusting as well. Asked for a refund. Noticed later that I was only refunded $8 of the $10 they charged me for the 2 sandwiches. I know this is what we've all come to expect from McDonald's more-or-less, but this location is looking to out-McDonald's the other McDonald'ses in how terrible they are. I recommend you avoid this store at any cost; go to any other restaurant in the area instead.
Like most McDonalds it is so slow even when there's nobody in the lobby. The drive thru is even slower. The ice cream machine never works. NEVER!!!! Anything related to ice cream is never available. I feel they should remove those items off the menu. All McDonalds need a complete revamping.
The employees made it feel as though I was bothering them to be there. If you like watching them scoop ice with their hands instead of ice scoops, drinks that look like someone already took sips from them, and no straws then this is the place for you.
I usually come here everyday around the same time @10:30am right when the change over to lunch. Well today 4/7/22 at 10:30am the rude lady in the drive thru was quick to tell me lunch doesn’t start until 11. How is it I know more about the schedule than the worker do. You sell lunch after 10:30am and 11am on Saturdays. She clearly needs more training….. You lost another customer.
Worst of all . Stale food, soft drinks not good. They never have ice cream. They never have anything u ask for. I started hating Mc Donald's now, the more i used to love it.. Their phone never works if u want to contact them.
We all get busy but on 03/28/22 placed an order with drive thru for double quarter pounder with cheese no pickles.Get to the window was told to pull up and wait on my order no problem, get my order and do what we all do is check the order and sadly there's no cheese with my order waited maybe 5 to 10 minutes the young lady went back inside to what I thought was to fix the order but no she came back with 2 cheese slices in a box the crazy part she mayde me wait another 5 minutes justforher to come back with cheesein a box. That's is the most unsanitary thing you can do. We all say never again but i would avoid this location Not sure how they have a high grade the way they handle food.
This was a very unpleasant experience. A couple employees were involved in a very heated argument. The profanity was so disrespectful and loud. It appeared there was no supervision present. I stood at the counter alone while waiting for my order. After about 10min. Of this I finally got my order and left. Embarrassing atmosphere to say the least.
I went by this McDonald’s tonight: February 19, 2022, at about 8:30 PM. I asked at the drive-through if a girl (I gave a description) had come through in a black SUV and ordered 10 chicken nuggets. The girl at the drive-through, in a red hoodie, and the guy in the green sweatshirt were the only helpful ones.The girl I was looking for was on suicide watch with even DeKalb County Police attempting to track her down with T-Mobile’s help and had driven off and said she was going to kill herded multiple times and just 10 minutes prior, had told us by phone and text that she took enough pills to kill herself) due to being overly stressed.The manager, point blank, said “Get back to work. That’s not your problem. Do your job.”I’m on this review to tell that manager that that absolutely IS HER JOB. She is in customer service and anyone walking thru that door or pulling they that drive they is a customer. Period. That manager is worthless and should not be in a position to ignore cries for help.Thankfully, we found the girl I was looking for and we got her pills before she took too many. We got her help- DESPITE the manager of this McDonald’s being a total _______.Thank you to the two helpful employees- especially the girl in the red hoodie that looked thru the receipts.It’s so sad that not everyone has empathy. McDonald’s, I really hope you will talk to your manager and feet her some training in empathy and crisis response. She needs it.
