Girl with dreads in drive thru was on her phone and told me $12 when my order was $2 lol. I asked her to repeat the total and she looked at me like I’m dumb and continued to use her phone. I watched her attitude with the person in-front I’m of me and behind me. If you are so unhappy with your job why not just stay home? People who leave reviews about this place are accurate to the dot. While getting food on your brake you don’t want to put up with a lazy employees attitude. Worst location by far.
The lobby is always closed no matter what time of day I go. If you’re short staffed.. I get it.. but at least place a sign on the door where it’s visible. It’s annoying to gets child out the cars seat just to pull on the doors.. and the lobby is closed.
Some of worst, rudest customer service I have EVER experienced. Everyone at the counter looked equally shocked at the lack of politeness and professionalism from the staff, as well as their inability to help. People were being treated like they were an inconvenience and annoyance. I could understand if customers were being rude, but I can honestly say that no one was. It blew my mind. I can't imagine the owner of that particular McDonald's knows what is going on there. These people represent this business for them when they are not there, and they are giving the owner and location a bad name. Also, the food we received smelled off, so we didn't eat it. For the first time in my life, I called a corporate office to file a complaint, which honestly I feel like will make no difference at all. I will update further if any thing is done about it.
This location is supposed to be open 24 hours. I stopped by at 845pm and they had put carts in the drive thrus so people couldn't order. How is a McDonald's going to be closed this early on a Saturday?!I stopped by here another night and saw a fight between the drive through employee and a customer. The employee was literally swinging through the window and kicking the man's truck. I missed getting that part on video, but did get her screaming at him. Fortunately, when it was my turn to go up there, a different employee was at the window and she looked shocked at what she had just seen. I don't go here anymore.
Order taker is always very professional and courtesy and order us processed very quickly.
Absolutely ridiculous. Why is this location closed at 10 pm on a Friday and why was the lobby closed at 9 am on a Tuesday morning. Just disgusting. If you don’t want to serve the public just close down. Also, turn that McDonald’s light if you are closed, and stop giving old French fries. I had to drive all the way to Lilburn to find another location open. I’m never coming here again. Yesterday was the last straw!!!
Very disappointed in this store! Ordered through Uber, and after an hour, and 4 drivers later, my lukewarm order arrived. I blame this more on the franchise owner and management. It's obvious this is a poorly run store. Won't be ordering from here again!
Second time I've been to that location. First time it was a quick drive through. This time around I waited about 6mns just to get to the order window and more just to pay and get my order. They must have been short staffed or something.I however got the correct order.
my experience tonight was very the best I've ever had at a McDonald's. everyone I interacted with super great. and to top it off, their ice cream machine was in perfect working order. I recommend this McDonald's on Lawrenceville Hwy in Tucker.
Used to always be pretty happy with McDonald's but that just isn't the case anymore. I deliberately went to a different location this time since the one closest to me is so bad. This location must be 2nd in line. It was a completely blah meal. It makes it that if I never eat at another McDonald's again then I'll be just fine! Sorry guys.
