The service is horrible
Services was great, ambiance was wonderful...Everything would have been a perfect 5 but that first came out was tough as a cow's tongue...Great management swooped it off my plate. Brought it back out with a cool red Center as orderedOne perfect juicy steak!Terrie Boyd??
My first time coming back to Longhorn and I remembered why I haven't been aLonghorn's customer. Jessica is giving great customer service. I just wish she could get some support from her kitchen and staff. The Texas Tonion is breaded in meal. It's dark and the sauce is just Thousand Island. After waiting for our ribeye and Outlaw ribeye, it's sent to a table next to us where those customers arrived 30 minutes after we were seated. No non-alcoholic beer. In 2022? Ok. I could let that slide but the bread plates came to the table dirty. After the wait and a visit from the manager, here's a pic of my plate My wife's ribeye wasn't seasoned. I will grill my own steaks in a snowstorm before I come back here. Jessica was the only person that deserved a tip today. She took the time to apologize for the staff even though she can't serve and cook and deliver food by herself.Now David A. Williams, Managing Partner of this Longhorn, would you serve your grandmother this plate?
As usual this place did not disappoint. The waitress was nice as well...food was excellent and the drink was ok
My first time at this chain. The food was good. You get a hefty serving of popcorn shrimp as an appetizer. The vibe is a little dark and dim and there. Mrs. Amanda was a kind and attentive waitress. Not bad at all for a chain restaurant
Food and service was great for the most part except my ribs were ice cold when they came out like it had been sitting out for hours. The way me and my guests gave them the ribs is basically the same way it came back I've never in all my years of working in the food industry have I seen this especially from here.?
Haven't been here in a while. Date night. Not too happy with the service nor the food.We were taken to our seat, a booth, which was fine but there were napkins and to go containers above my head on the ledge of the booth.We had to ask for bread and when our appetizers came, we had no plates. When we did receive them we were about done with the appetizers.The wild west shrimp only came with one dipping sauce, which is crazy, seeing how much food you get. My friend ordered a salad as part of his sides and asked if the dressing came on the side,and if he could have 2, he was told yes but when it came it was already on the salad and no extra. By the time the extra came, the salad was half gone.We both ordered steak, medium well. My food came and it was incorrect but his came and it was almost raw. I ordered a steak and lobster tail. I had to remind my server that it was missing from my plate. We both like to eat ALL our food at the same time, not served one dish at a time and that's what happened. If something was wrong, by the time you ate what came the other dish showed up. We didn't want to wait because it may be cold by the time the rest of our order showed up.It was taken back to the kitchen but when it returned, there was a lot of grease on the plate that wasn't there before. He realized that his potato wasn't done either but didn't want to send it back. We had to keep asking for our server for one reason or another.The night was disappointing and not worth the money spent.
The bartender, Nate, was very nice but completely overwhelmed. Steak, ordered medium rare, came out very rare. We sent it back to be cooked a little more and it came out super charred. The margarita was terrible the first round but much better when it was remade. We never received our salad or any bread. This was our 2nd time trying this location. We will not try it a third.
Ordered curbside today and didn’t get any cinnamon sugar for the sweet potatoes. And also sweet potatoes tasted burnt. Food was just ok. We usually love long horn and usually order from the location closer to our house (sandy springs) their food is way better! Would never order from this location again.
