I went to this location 8 min after they open an omg this is not fresh chicken it's been sitting up for a while it's soggy the box soaking up the grease from it an I been calling an they refuse to answer an I'm to tired to go bk been up all night at wrk but soon as I wake up they can get they chicken bk cause this is not what I paid for an kfc to high to be selling ppl anything less than satisfactory an the mash potatoes have powder lumps cause it's not mixed well like they was in a hurry making it now I'm still hungry an to tired to drive any where else

If I could not give anything I would. Its one thing I understand that your short staffed, but to not get acknowledged at all, staff looks at me says nothing and I stood at the counter for well over 20 mins with no acknowledgement still. I'm very understanding of being short staffed once again but even when I'm trying to get someone's attention, no response. I have NEVER felt so invisible.

Lobby closed at 12 even though door was open and it stated they opened at 10:30.

They have a sign on the door saying that they're open for dine in, but the doors are locked at 1230pm.

tucker kfc cooked chicken way better then the kfc in stone mountain im comin back to tucker kfc.

Place was clean but slow. I went inside to get the free Braves taco ? and ordered a couple more tacos. Got the free taco fast, but had to wait for the others. Turns out it was sitting there all along but no one noticed. Had to ask for sauce. Everyone wore a mask and shop was clean. Was impressed with a young man asking for someone with gloves to operate the cashier after handing me a taco. ? Were good. Felt bad for the employees since they have KFC and Taco bell to handle.

I hate doing negative reviews, but this location has HORRIBLE customer service and management! The drive thru forgot parts of my order this afternoon and I didn't realize it to halfway down the street. Although I was busy on the way to an engagement, I ended up turning to get the rest of my order and have the situation resolved. I first ended up having to wait through a long drive through line by that time (my 2 year old son was asleep so I couldn't go inside) and I asked for an extra chicken little due to the inconvenience of the situation. The young lady taking the order didn't realize the mic was still on and she snapped "Did yall hear that lady? O Snap". I didn't hear anything for several moments. I then asked to speak with a manager, and a male voice came on and said "Just pull up". When I got to the window, the manager on duty quickly shoved the food to me and the cashiers were just staring at me. After I explained the situation (especially the rude attendant at the window who was on microphone unknowingly being smart) he said he could give me a drink but thats it. I told him I would call corporate and he said you do what you gotta do smh horrible customer service. Btw The food was cold at this point since it was the SAME food from my original order they forgot. My family and I will NEVER patronize from this restaurant again. Misunderstandings happen in drive thru, but poor customer service and rudeness is intentional. If you are smart you will stay far away and go where you are treated with dignity and respect.
