June 24, 2022, Jason's Deli Tucker GA location, 7:14pm. I have dined at Jason's Deli several times, even twice this week. But this day was unbelievable. Salad bar out or barely had items. And when we arrived, the ice cream machine was present. The location closes at 10pm. The machine was taken away around 7:30pm. The staff wasn't concerned about restocking. I'm not sure what was going in this night but has me concerned about returning.
This is a Bad/great review, let me explain. The food and service were exceptionalFirst tried Jason's Deli about 2 weeks ago and in the 14 days since I have revisited about 10 times. The chicken pot pie soup is to die for and the chili is something you don't want to share with your soulmate. The baked potato can feed 2 or 3, packed with flavor. The wraps and sandwiches are supreme. Now the bad part, you will find yourself continously going there for the great food.It will become a bad habit that feels so good.
Total ripoff. $9 for salad and when we went back we were rudely told it was just one trip. I've eaten at Jason's dozens of times all over the country. As a business traveler I've found it to be a quick healthy option. But the salad has never been a single trip, and there was nothing on the menu to indicate that it was.I spoke to the manager, and she said there was supposed to be a sign. Ok but there wasn't. Wrote to their customer service and got no response. You can rip me off exactly one time, folks. From now on I'll go elsewhere.
I visited this location for the first time today and I must say that I wasn’t disappointed. The sandwich, soup, and dessert was delicious. The customer service from start to finish was excellent. I will become a repeat customer!!!
I visited this location to pick up a quick lunch and placed an order last week. There were at least 7 employees working on the clock. After waiting over ten minutes for a half sandwich and cup of soup I canceled the order and left. The employees were too busy talking amongst themselves about random things and trying to determine who was going to be send home because there were too many people on the clock, although no work was being done by most of them. Two guys were actually on the food prep line preparing orders while the orders did nothing. This written review is being sparingly nice considering the disregard for the employees to provide a prompt and courteous service.
Food is always fresh and the service is usually prompt. I always get the salad bar with soup or a sandwich. This time I decided to try the beef stew which was new. I was given a number for someone to bring out the stew. Being half way through my salad the young lady that took my order passed my table and I told her I was waiting on the stew.I finished my salad and still no stew. I went to the counter and the same worker said, " You still didn't get it?" She told the manager and she offered to fix the stew, by now I didn't want. The manager refunded my meal with an apology that's why the three stars. This experience will not prevent me from coming again!
Just amazing service. Ms Regina took excellent care of me, a big houngry man. The station was clean, organized and the service was fast. Tip her big.
I have gone to this location for years and enjoyed it. Over the past year or so I have taken my family to The Lavista Rd. Location and the Salad Bar has been a mess, numerous missing items (most items) and the last time not even any lettuce. They had no crackers, none of the urual muffins, corn bread, and God knows how many missing vegetables. I mentioned this to the manager and got nothing but attitude (didn't seem to care). I wrote a complaint online and got no response whatsoever. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION.
Placed a curb side order that no one ever brought out to me. Checked in on the app, waited 10 mins, no one came out. I called, whomever answerd said they'll bring it right out. Waited another 10 minutes, nothing. I ended up going in to pick up my food. Asked someone who wasn't assisting a customer to see if the order waiting on the shelf was mine, it was. I get my food and I'm out the door, some rude lady stops me and asked if i checked out. I informed her that i did. She claimed someone came out, she then points to the actual curb and says that's where i should pick up my curbside order. I looked and said you mean the no parking zone?! She kept saying this is where you pick up curbside. Mind you i parked in the "to go" parking spot. The actual curbside she kept insisting i pick up at doesn't have a Jason's deli curbside sign, most likely because it's a NO PARKING ZONE! Upset at how she came rushing out to find out if i checked out or not, i didn't check my order before i left and I'm missing part of my order! The young man who assisted me with getting the order from the shelf was great, as well as the food is good but whoever she was that came rushing out as if i hadn't already paid for my order or taking someone else order is the reason I'm writing this review. It was bad enough i waited over 20 minutes and still had to go in to get my food, her saying anything to me was completely unnecessary!
Wow, great service, hospitality, the lady that brought my potato, unbelievable gigantasaurus stuffed potato, was a worker. Free ice cream on the drink bar, was delish. The menu was inviting and I wanted to order something else but had to take 2/3’s potato ? to go.You are missing out if you miss this place!
