The service was so bad, I would not recommend to anyone not even my worst enemy. Party of 4, food came out an average of 15 to 20 minutes a plate at a time. Ordered bacon it was still moving, The hashbrowns were only cooked on one side. I could not believe IHOP approved this franchise. The waitress looked like paroled inmates, the cooks need Waffle House Training
Needs a little more tidiness and space. The layout of the restaurant is not good! The booth seats are too close to the tables but the food was excellent, the chocolate chip pancakes and grits, hash browns, and egg whites were the fluffiest I've ever tasted!
If you aren’t open, people cannot patronize your business. This is the second time we’ve come to eat at IHOP and y’all were NOT open. Your signs say Open 24 hours. See pictures from our first try a few week ago. Last photo of Waffles is from todays try at your place, and then we went to Waffle House next door. Your manager has to run their business by the golden rule: “if you don’t take care of the customer, someone else will!“. BTW, Google says 7AM, both times they were not open at 7AM.
A little run down but I have to say the waitress named Kinnedy is absolutely amazing! She was all alone as someone didn't show up for their shift. She handled all the tables with speed accuracy and grace. Great Job!!
I am very pleased with the service of Fatima at the host stand she was sincerely sweet and Charles the cook made my meal and experience delightful ? These two Rock! Please Give them a raise quickly?
This location needs to be remodeled. The seats/ benches are falling apart. I had to push the bench cushion back to the wall, because it was falling off. When I sat down the other side of my booth, the cushion was falling off of the seat back..... tables we worn down and the paint faded. Place just looks overall dingy. The food was ok but we sat for almost 15 minutes without being acknowledged... we had to ask a passing waitress who our waiter was. A manager saw this then waited our table herself.
I don't know what it was about this day or who the cook was but the food was INCREDIBLE! My Spinach and Mushroom omelet was soooo fresh and cooked perfectly! The pancakes were so fluffy and golden! Absolutely delicious! Completely unexpected and delighted!
Ordered chocolate chocolate chip pancakes which were 13$ btw and came to table looking like regular pancakes with powdered sugar on top (which I've never had at any ihop) LITERALLY tore open every inch of pancake and NO chocolate or chocolate chips ? so I order a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on white toast with a side of grits which was 16$ freaking dollars. I dove all the way across town for a 15 dollar egg sandwich ??♀️ no wonder all these restaurants closing down, no one can afford a 15-20$ breakfast geezs!!!!
I had a late breakfast at the Tucker IHOP on this last cold rainy Thursday. I was in bad need of coffee, and IHOP coffee is great. Had my normal Sun Rise Breakfast, and everything was cooked just right. I was very pleased with the one exception...they wouldn't leave me one of their personal small coffee urns like my Alpharetta IHOP does, but the waitress did a good job of keeping my cup full. She could have saved herself some wear and tear on her legs and shoes, but I guess I didn't appear to be "trustworthy" of getting my own pot of coffee. Too bad, the Company needs re-evaluating of their policy! Shame on you IHOP, and after I have been such a loyal customer!
Is usually hit or miss depends on who the cook is the restaurant is decent The waitresses are really nice and keep a check on you it's just the cooks do things so different so you might get a four egg omelette or you might get a two egg omelette
