Run from this place. It should be CLOSED. 3 piece chicken tenders was 2. didn’t order the half filled fries or the water in a large cup. Didn’t get my chocolate milk or the apple pie. Was told they are out of pies and no chicken tenders but finally given 2 tenders. No milk?? No pies?? Just 2 tenders?? That’s not even an option!!I should have known when no cars were present at this locationDONT order online and check what they give you
I went at 9:35pm apparently the workers run it how they want to. I went through the drive-thru and asked for the chicken sandwich combo.( The young lady said it's gone take 5 minutes) I said okay! ( She then said you gone wait 5 minutes for a sandwich) I said yes( She then said well then we gotta hear the grease and drop it) I said ok that's normal in food and restaurant industry.but since it seems to be an issue nevermind. They lost a first time customer and chance for a great review as I visit a few spots in Tucker to share. I left went across the street got everything I ask for which how it should've been at Hardee's. My question is why do people apply for jobs to get paid but cheat companies out of good service which helps build clientele?
Person taking the order sounded highly inconvenienced by my presence. Didn’t confirm my order with me. I ordered a burger and ended up getting some kind of chicken strips that were mangled and shaped in a way that made me wonder if it was chicken in the first place. I usually don’t give bad reviews but I’m not going to be coming back here.
I went through the drive thru - the ONLY one in line. When I got my order, hashbrowns were missing. Then I had to pull up and wait for the other one. Then when I got home, I found out I was given an egg/cheese biscuit and not a chicken biscuit. I felt like the staff deliberately gave me the wrong items to get me through the drive-thru and made no effort to make sure I got everything I paid for. I spent $20!!! for a couple of egg biscuits and one hash brown. I was cordial and professional, but I felt grifted..robbed, and insulted. I refused the coupon because I have no desire to go back and experience that again. Fast food is simple, not rocket science. And I only ask to be treated like I treat people..with respect. The experience proved to me they didn't give a d*mn about me and had no desire to give me proper customer service. And for that, I have no reason to return to that location. Not even for free food.
I will always love Hardee’s biscuits and this location always makes them a buttery gold way the way they’re supposed to be. Sometimes the people running the drive through could be a little more pleasant and professional but it won’t stop me from coming. Love their biscuits.
This was very disgusting. Hardee's has the best breakfast biscuits hands down, BUT NOT THIS LOCATION. The biscuit and sausage was hard, egg old and crusty, and the greasey wrapper. Next time, ima drive 15 min to the St Hwy location.
I went to the Hardees on Mtn Industrial Blvd this morning on the way to work. I first waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes which i understand short staff. But when I arrived to work the chicken on the biscuit was burnt. You could not even eat it and the bacon biscuit was horrible. I called to and asked for a manger the young lady that answered said she was a manager and i proceeded to tell the issue. I told her i wanted my money back because i should not have to come back food should have been right to start with. She placed me on hold came back and said her manger said. I stated i thought you were a manager now you are stating your manager said. She began to yell and hang up. I called back receive someone that said he was a manager and his name was D. I explained again but not without first expressing my disbelief of the disrespect given to a customer that never raised my voice simply stated what was wrong with my food. He stated the same he could replace. Nope and finally stated will give my money back when bringing the food back tomorrow. I definitely will be there with bag in hand. I will never go back to that Hardees again. You will not disrespect me and take my money too. But I will go now to the one on Hwy 78 or the one on Bouldercrest. Hope the owner of this location don’t lose to many customers. I know my meal was only 12.06 but that 12.06 may have been the difference in opening tomorrow or closing tonight for good.
Ordered my food through the drive-thru and when I got home to eat, I realized, after taking a bite, that my fries were not cooked all the way and neither was the burger!!! Do not, I repeat, DO NOT eat here!!!
Picked up order with Uber Eats and the service was slow plus they didn't even put a seal label on the bag of food I was picking up for my customer. The bag was left wide open. Unacceptable.
The burger was like an old fashioned hamburger. Pure joy. The only thing missing was slice tomatoes. Great fries.
