$30 for a smaller burger and 2 regulars, I like 5 guys but can’t help to always feel that when I go (maybe 2-3x a year) that the quality isn’t worth the cost. The buns are always smoothed and soggy, cheese isn’t melted and you can tell they throw it together with no effort. I hate to say that, but I would go so much more often if the burgers were as good as they should be for $10+.. service is always good, I will say that and the meat itself is decent.
Always a great choice for burgers. My first experience at a 5 Guys was at a different store and it was OK. By my second visit to a 5 Guys, it had become my favorite! I love all the toppings available that come with it for free! My standard is "All the Way" with a lot of great toppings!Also the fries are excellent! If you haven't eaten here before, the fries portions are huge. We just got a large and it was more than enough for four people.
Thier burgers always so juicy n yummy. They make them to order. I love thatbits clean. I get the free ? when I go too .. the young staff members are always so nice and hospitable. Looks like a good work environment. I'm gonna try those shakes next time. And ohhh they give u sooooo many fries when u order. Can't go wrong! They have two huge coca cola soda vending machines with all kinds of flavors to enjoy
It's five guys ever not 5 stars? This place has great burgers, the yummiest fries, the best service, and just really is all around awesome! This is my daughter's favorite budget spot ♥️
Tonight went to 5 guys at about 9:30 thinking that they closed at 10pm. Not sure of the gentleman that was cooking but he unlocked the door and told us to come in. From the looks of it, seems that they were shutting down but he still took our order. The young lady that took our order, Namoni, though you could probably imagine that she was ready to go home still took our order and did so with a smile which is totally the reason I give this experience a 5 star. The slim chick that was doing fries had an awful attitude and even swap words with another female customer that came in to get fries. Thank you to the gentleman that was cooking and Naomi for exemplifying amazing customer service skills. As for the the slim younger lady, she could really use some customer service training.

My hamburger patty was cold. The cook was cooking g alot of patties due to the volume but they sat out in the open extremely to long. I was waiting for fries. I understand it was busy but I want my burger hot off the grill not room temperature. Luckily I didn't order chesse on my burger casue none of the cheese melted on any of the burgers that did have cheese on them. The staff should make sure the ALL THE customers FOOD IS GOING OUT HOT. The staff should fix the customers food just like they want there food fixed when they go out to eat. I'm very grateful that they had a full staff. They wasn't shorthanded which was a great thing. But the staff was very organized and seemed overwhelmed with walk-ins and UberEats orders was ridiculous. The French fries was amazing as always. Piping hot and taste great wish I had a burger to match the fries. Also both fountain drinks machine dispensed out flat soda no matter what the flavor was.

It was easy to place my order online. I only had to wait a couple of minutes for my fries to finish cooking. Food was great, service was great too!
