First time trying food from here. Good deals but the food wasn’t hot. Drive thru moved fast. Young lady at the window was very pleasant. Will definitely return to try other items.
Owner really needs to do something about the visible roaches all over the drive thru area. If that’s what’s visible on the outside I don’t even want to imagine how the kitchen or behind their stove/appliances must look.
I did a Doordash order & just wanted to change the corn tortillas to flour tortillas…I called them three times and they would answer and hang up.. like I could hear them talking and then just hang up on me??♀️.Then I asked the doordash lady who was picking up my order to ask them when she got there. When she asked, they sighed and said “no the person who placed the order should have said to make it a different way. It’s already made, so no.”
Nobody wants to work here. Dining room locked up tight at 2:22pm on a Sunday. Big sign says “Dining Room Open” but they lied. Lost my business. Won’t eat in the parking lot or have the food turn to cold mush.
Placed an online pick-up order that was paid for in advance, but they made me go through the drive-thru line. I spent 30 minutes waiting in line for food that is paid for and cooked. My food was cold by the time I got home due to being stuck in line for already finished food. Terrible customer service.
Keeping in mind, this is not a Michelin star restuarant, there is no ambiance and not so fast for a fast food place. But the burritos are delicious and worth the wait. So glad to see a Del Taco after many years absence. The only really good fast (?)food Mexican food.
They’re very inconsistent with their online orders pickup options. I have to call literally every single time to find out if I come inside or go to the drive-thru. Management and the owner(s) of this Del Taco location needs to get organized and structured. Ijs! Help your customers support YOUR business by making basic reasonable changes.
Went there today & ordered the epic queso chicken burrito with no tomatoes, epic chicken guacamole burrito, 8 layer veggie burrito, & a crispy taco with no tomatoes. Whole order was wrong except the crispy taco. Epic queso chicken burrito had tomatoes on it & the fries were missing from the burrito. Epic chicken guacamole burrito had no rice. The 8 layer burrito had DRIED...DRIED...OLD HARD BEANS & NO RICE. The whole order just pissed me off.
And the crispy chicken taco is by far one of my favorite things to eat here. It’s fairly clean on the inside, drive-through is usually very efficient. Forgive me for holding up the line, I have to make sure all of my food is in the bag lol. Love Del taco
The food is really good but like everyone right now they are short staffed. The last several times they have forgotten items from the order. Just be sure you stop and check before you drive off and you may well be missing food when you get home.
