Everything tasted great, it was fresh and hot and precisely what I ordered.I had to do a double take of prices because I couldn't believe it.Need one of these in Cincinnati so I can go more often.
THIS Cookout has some new rude, and unscrupulous crew members; They do not care about customer service or food quality. I will wait a few months before I go back, maybe some of this raggedy crew will have quit or gotten fired. I usually visit twice a week for my lunch break, this week the each visit has been disappointing. I ordered BBQ plate Sunday, it was old, chewy, stringy and cold af. Today I order chicken tenders that were burnt af. Fries burnt af and cold. And the big girls running the windows are super rude. I do not take back and complain about food because some folks will violate your plate. I will choose not to go back and this is my second time sharing my bad experience about this restaurant in the past year. That's probably a sign for me not to eat at this establishment, and make my own lunch. Yeah....never going back, lesson learned!
I visited two cookouts in a 2day time in two states. The customer service needs a revamp in Orangeburg, SC and Stone Mountain, GA! Left off my items on my sandwhich... Caught an attitude because I couldn't hear the young ladies clearly due to muffled voices and masks. I had hoped to redeem myself with the second visit and ignore some of the posts that I saw via Facebook about the service. I took the time to apologize to the young lady that I was making her day bad by being a little slow because this was my first visit. Definitely need to take lessons from Culver's or Chic Fil A on customer service. No lettuce or tomatoes with ketchup and mustard present. Hush puppies were rocks! Harriet would have been disappointed!
Omg this place was such a disgusting experience period. The food sucked major. I purchased 3 chili dogs, onion rings, 4 chicken tenders and a small shake for $23 dollars. Food was gross and they didn't even give me the onion rings. Just throw the whole restaurant away det serious.
The they're doing better this Cookout is located in Tucker Georgia but since it's close to Atlanta that's why I said Atlanta, they're striving to get better. ?????? We have Shopped here several times I can say it's not the worst but it could be better and it's getting better.
First time eating at Cookout and pleasantly surprised at the amount of food for the price. My husband, who only likes his Texas chain restaurant burgers, has now found his favorite burger in Georgia.
Idk what is wrong with the folks in drive thru but I just experienced the worse customer service. If I say “one moment” that means I don’t need to be hounded and asked every 10 seconds if I need help or am I ready. I was completely rushed and ordered something I thought I wanted but didn’t really care for! Tons of onions on my sandwich. I didn’t receive any napkins or a greeting at the window. What is wrong with people and their horrible attitudes!!?? I was the only one in line at 3 in the afternoon so there was no need for the rush. I could have went to Wendy’s for a better burger.
During my recent visit I requested a copy of my receipt. The young girl at the drive-thru window chuckled and explained that I already have it. When I requested my receipt, I meant the receipt showing how much I paid and with what method I paid. What she misconstrued is the order receipt. This does not show any of my information, only what she input per my order. Also, it seems that when we decided to order Cook Out, about 4 others decided to do the same and entered the drive-thru line. Prior to all of us getting in line, there were no other vehicles. However, it took approximately 20 minutes to get a hotdog, large fries, and pineapple shake.Although we love the shakes there, we may have to return to the locations we are more familiar with, those offering better customer service.
Cashier Isiah has the nastiest attitude, almost snatched him through the window literally. They messed up my order twice, I tried showing him the receipt he’s constantly slamming the window, rolling his eyes and trying to rush me off. I’m a server and no matter how bad my day has been I don’t display it to the customers. He should be in the back somewhere
Usually get something wrong on orders. Food is prepared pretty good and it's a good spot for families. Update: still hit or miss. My wife's meal was good but my burger was super cooked. Nice crunchy outside and tiny patty. Wish they were more consistent. We often make bets on if they will get orders right or not. Sorry cookout it'll be a while till we get back to you 2 stars now.
