Excellent Customer Service Everybody was wearing masks. Everybody in the kitchen was wearing gloves. I was pleased with my visit.
I went there today and ordered a quesadilla and they said they only do that for online orders, I was the only one in the restaurant. I asked to speak a manager to show me what I needed to do. She said she couldn’t help me and didn’t do anything to try and help me. I go to chipotle regularly and never heard of this. This is crazy. The manager was a disgrace and also female and Latino just so I am explaining who she was. Never coming here again
About the same service everywhere. They're paid to do a job, not to care. Chipotle really needs to step up their management and stop requiring such a heavy load on their employees. The apathy was at an all-time high at this location.
I ordered a chorizo plant based burrito bowl & as I was half way done with the bowl I found a bug in my food! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!
Chipotle is always great! However at night time, they need to still keep the food fresh. No one wants to eat scraps.
The service was great and fast. Food tasty as usual. I had a super salad with chicken, corn, and grilled onions..
The food was good. But the portioning of lettuce irritated me. You guys literally sprinkled lettuce on a VEGGIE bowl….this is why I will never do a mobile order for chipotle again. I have to be there to tell you guys what amount to give because you guys are obviously not caring.
Standard Chipotle for a great Chipotle experience! The only downside to this place because tbecause the staff are wonderful and the food is great, the downside is that because of that it is pretty much always busy and that location is really bad. The light by the place takes so long to get through and parkin is not too good.
The line was long when I arrived but moved pretty quickly. They also give you a decent size portion of food.
This chipotle sucks. I ordered 3 meals via mobile order with guac and none of them had guac on them. The bowls were like 90% rice and the quesadilla we ordered had no sides included. Save yourself the time and the money and go to another chipotle.
