They have gotten my order correct once out of aprox. 30 visits at the drive thru. I order Chick-Fil-A several times a week at the Tucker and Decatur locations. Decatur always gets it right. Tucker fails every single time. If it wasn’t for location I would never come here again. Here’s my lovely Cobb Salad that was supposed to be a Market Salad. Market Salad toppings but wrong salad. Always disappointed.
This is the best Chick-fil-A in America. I simply cannot express, the service, the food, the cleanliness... Exceptional. The young gentleman at the counter was kind but forgot to give me my drink (I've worked in fast food, so I understand the stress and dared not fret, as I know how stressful training is.) So I quietly whispered (so as to not embarrass the trainee) to a young man, who was a shift leader, that I hadn't gotten my drinks. He swiftly swept into action, got my drinks himself, and ensured I had everything I needed. He even concluded by saying it was his pleasure, and I just thought that was the sweetest thing! He was truly a gem with such kind manners, everyone else was swell too. I think his name was Luke? Luke Nichols? I absolutely adored the chicken nuggies I got too! They tasted exquisite, I just wanted to cry when the shift leader named Luke also offered me a free yogurt parfait... This visit to my local Chick-fil-A not only made my day and the day of the girls I was with, but it truly made my whole year. Please give him a raise!!!! He should become the operator!!
When I lived in Europe, I would be up all night, rubbing my hands together and smiling and daydreaming (or is it called night dreaming?) about visiting America and eating a spicy chick-fil-a sandwich. My wife made me stop doing that because she claimed it looked creepy when she awoke in the middle of the night and saw me rubbing my hands like a villain in a movie. I brought Loida to America and she was in one of her moods where she was DETERMINED to be unlovable. You know how women are. But the scent of my Chick-Fil-A sandwich hit her nose while she was acting out. I might have even waved my sandwich across her face a few times and invited her to take a small bite of my spicy chicken sandwich.WHY DID I DO THAT???!!!She took a "small" bite (by "small," I mean to say it was half my sandwich), and I promise you a tear rolled down her cheek. The expression on her face was nothing less than ecstasy. (That's the polite way of saying it.) She loves American food now, and she knows why I kept craving Chick-Fil-A when I lived I'm Sweden. I can rub my hands together all night and day if I want to.
This Chick fil A is clean. The staff is always pleasant and attentive. I parked and went in for a treat, frosted lemonade. So deliciously creamy!
Thanks to the Store Mgr on duty (Vicky) @ the TUCKER LOCATION who just fix my entire Market Base w/ No Chicken - Salad over beautifullyand didn’t throw it together like the Suwanee location did!!!!! I purchased the Market Salad w/ Chicken from the Memorial Dr location, that I failed to communicate NO CHICKEN because I’m a Vegetarian and don’t order here often but when I do I tend to forget! Needless to say Vicky went above and beyond to satisfy me after looking at the empty container I had been given! My conversation with the Memorial Dr location is what prompted me to stop in the Tucker location and I’m so happy I did…..Thank You God VICKY was an Angel and she definitely kept my mind in line to always return back to get my Salads because customer service is always MY PLEASURE ?

This Hugh Howell Rd location is probably 1 of the worst I have ever visited. Each time I go my wait is at least 15 plus minutes. Even if I do a online order. When I get to this location I still have to wait a long time. I don't mind the wait for fresh food. But I usually order ahead because I'm at work. And I'm trying to pick up and go. Please get a better routine at this location.
Was hungry when I got there... Ordered a combo meal large waffle fry... About an hour and a half later I was hungry again.The point is for the money spent on a regular combo you'd think you would at least make it to dinner time... But no
Excellent service. I was on my way to work and was hesitant with the drive thru line. I was amaze with their fast service. I was in and out in about 5 mins.
This is the worst chicken fil a Nyine can go to. I've had past issues here but thought let's give them a chance, but it just has gotten worse.They git the order wrong then when told they took the card to put it back on. Unfortunately my daughter was using card and she left without them returning her card. When she went back she was told to go inside since it wassnt her card and see a Manger.Manager was busy foingba chasers job and it 15mins before anyone attended to my daughter..Now when calling the manager a few minutes ago, they don't even have the clurtesy to apologize. All she said was okWow. I've rum hotels and this is the worst customer service I have come across
